The decor is very nice. The staff is friendly , place is clean. I didn't like that there was no microwave in room, there was a draft in the room.
We stayed in the King Suite, which is a great choice if you have kids or teens. It has a separate living room with a pullout bed. The rooms were very spacious, especially by NY standards! The front desk staff was always nice, everything was very clean, and the room was quiet. I do agree with those here who complain about an amenity fee—there are none. I also think the property should have a security guard at night, given the Times Square neighborhood (it’s a half block away). Inexplicably, they have one during the day but no one at night.
The property is decorated beautifully. I had an issue with my bill, and the front desk staff were more than accommodating. It ended up being my error. I appreciated their willingness to assist me, and to help find a resolution. I’ll definitely stay here again.
Pros: Front desk staff were great and very helpful! Room was big. Location is perfect for sightseeing, shopping, subway etc. Cons: Room and bathroom were dated. Room keeping staff (we were 4 yet for 7 out of the 8 nights we were given 3 towels), some days body wash was not replenished. All in all it was OK and met the criteria but I don't think it was a 4 star hotel.

No room service no breakfast. So you need to get delivery but they won’t let the delivery people up to your room. Tv barely worked. Linens and blankets were cheap
