The hotel is perfectly located — right in the city center, yet pleasantly tucked away, offering a peaceful escape from the city’s hustle and bustle. While the hotel is not new, it is very cozy and charming. The staff is exceptionally attentive and welcoming. I would especially like to mention Barbara at the front desk — she is truly wonderful! The Little Opus café is excellent, with attentive staff, delicious and beautifully presented breakfasts, and great coffee. As a small suggestion, it would be nice to have complimentary drinking water available in the rooms. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

Staff is nice however the balcony portion of the room is misrepresented in the pictures on their site which was the deciding factor for me in choosing the hotel being that it has no amenities. So disappointing and the front desk clerk agreed that info on the website is misleading being that only one suit has the terrace open large balcony. At a cost of $800 that should definitely be stated. I feel deceived and will definitely escalate the issue.
