The room was quite large for a NYC room. It was very convenient to everything that we wanted to walk and see. We were in town to see all the Christmas trees and Bryant Park and it was convenient to all in midtown. The staff that we encountered were extremely nice. Overall I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The Muse Hotel absolutely nailed it. From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive—making us feel taken care of without ever being overbearing. Our room was spotless, cozy, and quiet—exactly what you want after a long day. The location is another huge plus: central and convenient, yet still calm enough to feel like a true retreat. Loved staying here! Amazingggg location, close to everything I wanted to do. Quiet and low key. The room felt comfortable and was a good size compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at in NYC. Parking garages are close by if you need one. Lotsa good places to eat right next door. I would stay here again in a heart beat!!!

Shower was pure heaven. But the city was so loud I couldn’t sleep without the AC to drown it out. Which made the room cold. I asked for two blankets but only got one so had to use the robe as a second blanket

The hotel itself was very nice and all staff friendly. The only negative is the restaurant/lounge…doesn’t seem to be ran with the same standards of service. The breakfast was mediocre and service not the best. I recommend the hotel, but go elsewhere for food/drink.
