Killer location. Very quiet considering location and super staff. Rooms on smallish side and expensive but this is Times Square!

Loved everything about this boutique hotel right in the middle of it all!

Pleasant. AC is very loud - disturbingly so. Otherwise, very nice.

Stayed here for 4 nights. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was great. Loved the breakfast and wine and cheese at night. The finishes of the hotel are simple, but cute and match the theme of the hotel.

We stayed in a basic cozy comfort room. It had an interior window not meant for a view but who needs it when you can walk down the hall and relax /snack in Rick's cafe. Our room was clean and perfect for a 2 day trip. Each member of the hotel staff was friendly, engaging, and accomodating. Times Square is just a few steps away but if you want to relax and escape the tourist atmosphere then this is the place to stay.

The location was good for theatre. Did not really feel hospitality... In fact it was off - something missing. [...] at the desk was great as was a blonde young man and one of the 'doormen' - younger. [...] Manage, emt needs to work with staff on this and hospitality etc. One very arrogant guy at the desk. [*] by one of the doormman (was he a doorman? A bit unlclear what anyone did or does esp the guys on the street: Hail you a cab and tell you how arduous and difficult it is? The room was ridiculously small and musty and smelled like smoke - not great. It was so so so so dark and gloomy in an alley within an alley It was pitch dark at 11AM[...].

Simply the best hotel we have ever been to. Extremely clean, first rate decor, staff are very friendly, accomodating and helpful. We highly recommend the Casablanca. Outstanding hotel and worth every penny.

Absolutely in the center of everything. It's around the corner from Times Square but still extremely quiet. I was upgraded at check-in to a room with two double beds, which was very spacious for NYC. I was extremely impressed by how clean and beautifully maintained the hotel is. The staff was very attentive and seemed to always have a smile and kind word. I will definitely stay here from now on when in New York.

We wanted to stay near Times Square, so this location was perfect. Also, had the heat been working, it would have been very romantic. Only, the heat did not work. The attendant was called but never followed up. So on the 2nd call, the attendant sent up a service person who said the heater did not work. The service person told the attendant to put us into another room with the same size bed. But, the room they placed us into was cold and smaller than the first. We were even more upset to learn the next day by the doorman that portable heaters were available. Nice hotel otherwise, but if heat is important than look elsewhere.

My trip was enjoyable, friendly and painless. I felt that the staff took pride in their jobs and that they did not expect a tip every time I turned around.

Everyone at Casablanca Hotel was exceptional. They were very kind and helpful and answered any question we had about getting around NYC. The rooms are a bit small, but honestly we weren't there that much, so it didn't really bother us. We were perfectly located right off of Times Square so there was no end to things to do, places to eat or places to shop.

Good location. Clean and friendly staff. Rick's Cafe served breakfast items (muffins, coffee, juice, danish, hard boiled eggs, croissants

We just spent 5 nights in NYC at the Casablanca and I was completely blown away by the total experience. The staff were top notch and very attentive to our needs. The continental breakfast was an added benefit as was the afternoon wine and cheese tasting from 5-8. The room was extremely spacious and nicely decorated. The bathroom was one of the largest I had ever seen in a hotel. We were in NYC celebrating my wife's birthday and upon arrival we were taken to our room where we found roses, a birthday cake, and a bottle of champagne waiting for us. They even brought in a mini-fridge so we did not have to use the minibar. We are already planning a return trip and the only place I would ever stay would be the Casablanca. Book early and take advantage of lower prices. Great location, great location, great location!

I took my wife to NY for New Year as a 50th birthday trip and she just loved this Hotel, it has everything you need for a short NY trip, great location, great staff, great rooms, complimentary hot drinks all day - just what you need when you are clocking the miles sight seeing in NY in winter.

Great hotel in the heart of Times Square. Location is perfect. Even with all the action outside, inside is quiet and serene. Friendly staff, Rick's Cafe...my wife and I had a great weekend. I know other's have talked about smaller rooms, but ours was nice size. Would definately stay again.

The location of the hotel was perfect. We were within walking distance to everything. The staff was incredibly friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. It was one of the best hotel experiences we ever had.
