We enjoyed staying at Andaz! Staff were kind and the room was nice and clean. Thanks!

The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. The room was very spacious by NY standards. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

We got to the Andaz early, and they happily checked us in.We had booked a suite,as the price was very reasonable. The room was very nice, and extremely large.Breakfast was also included in the room package, and was also very good.I was sent a bottle of champagne to the room for my birthday, which was a nice surprise.Would definitely stay here again!

Very clean, modern design, and spacious...the last being a rarity for hotels in NYC. Close by are several coffee and juice shops, as well as a 24 drug store. You're 1/2 mile from the 9/11 Memorial and Freedom Tower and it's a very nice walk. The ferry to Staten Island is about 5 minutes away. The hotel itself is very quiet, clean, and really does a lot of extras: 24 hour coffee and tea available with little snacks, a complimentary wine hour. I will definitely stay here again.

Staff was very nice and helpful. They have complimentary wine during happy hour and cookies and coffee at all other times.Enjoyed our stay.

Hotel is clean staff friendly. Close to Statue of Liberty and 9-11 memorial. New York stock exchange and a few museums. Subway close to get you to and fro. Complimentary tea, coffee, cookies and wine.

This was our first Stay at the Andaz. Had a black tie event that evening in Brooklyn. CHeck in was easy; we arrived early and got a room immediately. However upon our late return there was a flood that came from the bathroom sink which spilled into the entrance towards the bedroom and we had to be moved. The front desk could not have been more helpful but it was not a great thing to come back too. THey moved us upstairs to a larger room which was quiet. After a few hours sleep woke up to itching on my torso and tried to ignore it. after a few hours woke up and we suspected since my husband had also been bitten there might be an issue with bedbugs so we called down and they sent up their Manager Freddy who could not have been more helpful. He inspected the entire bed and mattress i pointed out a few things and they were sent to EcoLab and we checked out immediately. I have to say that the service was outstanding under the circumstances; they first offered free breakfast then comped our room. I got a call the next day from another manager saying the ecoLab report came back negative but he would reach out again if we wanted to stay at the hotel again. I got my refund immediately and hopefully this was a very unusual experience. The staff could not have been more helpful or kind and although we didn't get much sleep at the Andaz i would consider maybe trying it again.

Great hotel for business travel. Very clean, up to date, nice lighting and convenient plugs for laptop. Efficient check in and check out.

Extremely clean staff very friendly & helpful my best hotel

Great for business travelers -- rooms are comfortable, well-lighted, well-equipped, and very up-to-date.

Love lower Manhattan. Our room was spacious. We stepped back in time

Overall wasn't bad. I'm from the Boston area so I'm used to staying at hotels in Boston. The hotels we stay at in Boston are top of the line, so maybe I'm just a little spoiled. Our fridge in our room didn't work. The towels were huge and bathrobes were comfy. Bed was firm but had no problem sleeping! My boyfriend wasn't a fan of the lobby... There were a lot of fruit flies in the lobby for some reason, and he swallowed one, and they kept flying into his wine. Gross. Complimentary wine hour was nice. The staff was nice for the most part.

Clean, modern and large rooms in the FiDi. The staff is very nice and accommodating. Full of perks like free snacks and non-alcoholic drinks in the rooms, coffee and tea bar in the lobby and nightly wine and beer. 2 blocks from the subway and Stone Street (historic street with restaurants and bars).

This location totally exceeded expectations. NY hotels can be tricky: small rooms, not too clean. This was the opposite at extremely affordable rates for the City and beyond. Maybe not too rich in amenities, but staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Parking may give some troubles in weekdays, better be on a cab than a rental car. Metro connections are nearby. Probably one of my best stay in NYC and I had dozen of those.

Room was great, big enough to not feel like a hotel room but not huge. Great amenities.

I have stayed in several different hotels in New York City and the Andaz is definitely my favorite. This is my second visit to the hotel and both times I had an excellent experience. The rooms are spacious especially by New York standards. The room design is contemporary and well thought out. The bathroom and shower were superb. It was very clean and the staff was courteous and professional.

We love staying at the Andaz Wall Street. Best value in Manhattan! Beautiful big, modern room, perfectly comfortable. Financial District is easily accessible, especially if you are in the lower part of Manhattan anyhow.

I choose my hotel wisely going through multiple reviews on many different sites and my experience at the Andaz was amazing. Its not the cheapest but definitely not the most expensive. For the price I paid for the hotel it was well worth the money. -The hotel staff was amazing very attentive and helpful. -The room was clean -Free drinks and snacks(My room did not have snacks) in the minibar. They even offer free wine from 6-8pm. Free coffee, tea and cookies/muffins all day. -Free Wifi and HBO(some channels did not work nor did the TV guide) -Plenty towels and soap -Close to Wall street and the subway There wasn't much cons to bring down my review but there were some annoyances. -When taking a shower some of the water seem to escape the shower and into the hardwood floor causing the hardwood to warp and make sounds when you step on it. -The toilet paper holder was almost about to fall off exposing the screw -My room did not have snacks but plenty of free drinks. Not complaining Overall my stay at the Andaz was great and I would definitely go there again.

A little pricey but you know you can expect quality when you stay at an Andaz.

This hotel was amazing! The staff was great, and the room was spacious, modern, and clean! What I really loved about the hotel is the location. Manhattan can be full of noise, and it was so peaceful and quiet. GREAT VISIT!
