The room looked like the door was kicked in, holes in the walls, roaches. I checked out early.
It was a very disappointing experience. Rooms were dirty(stains on wall, furniture, doors, sheets). When I asked for clean sheets they told me I had to wait until the morning. The day staff was very uninviting and she acted like I was bothering her. Night staff was very nice and cordial. The cleaning staff was very friendly and polite, but I would never stay there or recommend them again.
It’s not maintained at all, smells like smoke even in non smoking rooms, bugs including roaches, dirty bed sheets, walls peeling off, cigarette burnt furniture, broken mirror. Not worth even the cheap price…

The mattress was like laying on a marshmallow. WAY TOO SOFT!
My last 3 stays were not very good. First night the refrigerator took a while to cool, luckily i had an igloo with my food stored. Second day the toilet backed up and wouldnt flush. When i called front desk i was offered a plungers to unplug the toilet instead of maintenance to do it (so i was doing plumming work for my stay). I am still wondering why the curtains cannot be changed and washed. Very dirty and the room smells moldy. Dont know if its the cleaning chemicals being used but the room smells aweful. Had to infused menthol crystals just to kill the odour and avoid my sinuses from acting up. Maybe its a good thing i had to cancel my next booking.
Entire carpeted floor of the room was wet. Disgusting bathroom and toilet. Refrigerator in room was on a random piece of plywood. AC/heater unit in window smelled of mold.
Possibly one of the worst hotel and customer service experiences I've ever had. The receptionist was arguing with a crying customer when we arrived, because it was "against policy" to let her have a pen. She told me about how bad her day had gone and this was too much, I gave the woman a pen and a minute later walk back in to find a sign that the receptionist, who had absolutely seen me pull in, had gone on break. 15 minutes later I'm checked in. 5 minutes later I'm walking back in to ask for a refund - there were some kind of fruit flies in the room. She wasn't surprised, says she will process a refund and walks off. Was she going to give me a receipt or something? I ring the bell after 5 minutes and it turns out that was the entire transaction. There's construction trash around the parking lot, the alarm clock was already going off when we opened the door to our room, there are bizarre signs about hyper specific policies all over the lobby. Customer service was abysmal. Avoid this place at all costs.
Location and view. Room was nice and comfy. When called office cause coffeepot didnt work she replaced it.
Well kept up, signs of continued maintenance. Was sad that the breakfast wasn't open.
Great value. Easy booking as well as check in process quick and easy.
Location and the value are the reasons I continue to stay at this establishment.
Jacuzzi room is nice. The jacuzzi itself is awesome with all spouts coming from the walls and ceiling. Only downside was the jets did not work so your just sitting in a bath tub basically
The room was clean and the bed was pretty comfortable. The only reason for the lower rating was that the shower water pressure was far too low. The shower was the lone disappointment, otherwise I would gladly go back.
A decent hotel with basic amenities and a terribly slow internet.
Ok for one night but sketchy area of town w/ drug dealer in hotel across the street. Old and run down (fitness equipment don’t work and in area w/ washers&dryers) but nice staff.
