This house is in an established Navarre neighborhood on quiet cul-da-sac. Minutes from the grocery stores, restaurants, and Navarre Beach. 4-minute drive to popular restaurants, such as Mexican Cactus Flower Cafe, beachfront seafood restaurant Dewey Destin’s, located on the sound, or the Shrimp Basket. 8-minute drive (with light traffic) to Navarre beach parking lot with beach and pier access and few miles to local zoo attraction! Visit the sea turtle rescue nearby less than 3 miles. Or if you want to mix it up a little, 4 other beaches are within 45 minutes - Destin, Fort Walton, Okaloosa Island and Pensacola. This home is located on a quiet street only 2.5 miles from Navarre Beach. 23 miles away from the heart of Destin. And only 18 miles from The Gulf Islands National Seashore in Pensacola. Bike rides, dune buggies, and wind surfing are all at your fingertips here in Navarre Florida.

Second bedroom with new adjustable queen mattress can accommodate two comfortably. Smart HD Roku Tv with AT&T TV subscription, 90+ channels. Full bathroom in hall located in between the second and third bedroom comes fully stocked. Laundry room with washer, dryer, ironing board, iron, laundry basket and detergent. Cool down with ceiling fans in every room. We have provided a couple of bikes for riding the neighborhood or getting to the beach (2.6 miles or 20-minute bike ride).

Note we do have security cameras monitoring the front of the home and in the garage.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

All pets must be approved by the owner. Fees are not included and will be added once the reservation is made. For 1 small dog it is $20 per night ($50 min), $125 per week, or $250 for two weeks or longer. For medium breed dogs the fee is double. 2nd pet with separate fee TBD by the owner. Dogs must be crated inside when left unattended. No puppies.

We value our cleaning crew and want to keep them employed.

21 days or longer, there will be additional biweekly cleanings (once every two weeks; each $60/clean). Typically, the cleaner will come in on a Saturday (after 10a.m.) and clean. For longer stays, you may discuss the timing of those cleanings with us.

And please do not move furniture or a fee can incur for having to move it back.
