This hotel is very hice and comfort I love is great

We booked this place because it was the only hotel that didn’t have reviews full of roaches. The hotel was decent. A little worn but it was fine. The bed was very comfy and clean. The couch was really bad. It sounded like it was going to break in half. The seats sunked in and who knows whats inbetween the cracks of all couches. There were 5 elevators in all. One of them sounded scary like it would drop any second. The bathroom smelled like urine. I called the front desk and they came to clean it but it still smelled badly. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience. The staff was very nice and fulfilled any requested we made. I wouldn’t mind staying here again.

Went for a nice weekend getaway but was so disappointed. Our room was in such bad condition. The carpet was nasty and ripped. The walls needed repair. The furniture was old and needed to be replaced. Even the window curtains were ripped. The bathtub was old and stained . I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Had room service everyday but had to keep calling for towels and for coffee and cups. Seemed like all room service did was make the bed nothing was ever restocked.

Good stay allows pets clean needs some updating in the lobby areas. Restaurant was good.

Front desk staff was great and very helpful. Room was good. Could have been cleaned a little more. The problem was with housekeeping and another employee who entered our room on multiple occasions without consent. We had a late check out for 12 noon and confirmed with the front desk. Four people entered my room between 1030 and noon. One while I was in the shower and another while my teenage daughter was dressing. I informed the hotel and they did nothing about it and another person entered my room. View from room was great. Construction in the pool area which we were not informed of but we used the indoor pool without a problem

Hotel was very close to beach. Ocean view was very good. It has a free parking lot and water park pass are included with the rent that worth $45 which was good.

Staff was very courteous and helpful. Parking was a bit more roomy than some parking garages I have seen in Myrtle Beach. I really enjoyed my stay.

This hotel needs to be shut down and renovated . It is in a poor state of repair

I booked through a third party site with a discounted rate. If I would have purchased through the company site and paid full price I would feel "6 rating" there was bird feces all over the balcony there were burn holes everywhere in the carpet on the balcony. There were stains on the carpet & furniture inside the room. There was mold by our door where the seam at the bottom of the door was not intact and allowed moisture in. The bathroom was so small but I understand that is an engineering issue.

Understaffed!,Our room wasn't cleaned once in 4 days! Had to get our own fresh towels everyday. Ran out of toilet paper too! Restaurant and bar understaffed. Pool and location was good, but no one on staff to hand our pool towels! Our room became a sandy mess because it was never cleaned once!! Won't go back!!

Bad experience the elevator was so slow and dirty the carpet and my room was nasty.

Checked in on a Sunday. Apparently the night before the hotel was full, check-in on Sunday was late (which is already at 4pm) because rooms were still being cleaned. Line was long just to get to the desk to check-in and wasn't able to check-in until almost 5:15pm. After we finished at the desk we went around the corner for the elevator, and there was a mass of people trying to get upstairs to their rooms between people going up and housekeeping trying get to the rooms that still needed to be cleaned. Elevators were slow, one of the two had broken down during our stay. One guest mentioned that he had been there for several days and one of the two elevators had broken down every day that he had been there. Room was clean, stay was nice. We were on the top floor with an ocean view.

Very friendly staff, nice hotel, nice location to many things nearby like resturatnts, the eye, a spa at the Anderson and fun breakfast spots.

Nice place to stay family friendly! There was some renovations being done but it didn't affect our stay we still had a fun time,,,,,

Staff was friendly and helpful. Loved the pass for free gulf and water park. Plenty of things for kids to do.

Overall our stay at the Patricia Grand was okay, if we paid $55/night. However, for the amount that was spent I expected a higher class experience. Our air condition needed to be repaired. Our toilet required repair. The mattress needed to be replaced, and the pillows were too soft. The amenities including the poolside bar were only open on select days. Would not recommend this hotel for the rate paid. The best thing was the view.

Stayed here multiple times we are always pleased. Will be staying here again soon.

One bedroom suite was perfect for our stay. Like many places on the beach it has been there awhile. It was still clean, had great facilities and was quiet.

Everyone was very nice, room was just what expected. Would definitely stay again.

Staff was very courteous and helpful. Parking was a bit more roomy than some parking garages I have seen in Myrtle Beach. I really enjoyed my stay.

hotel in desperate need of repair
