Staff was friendly and helpful. Loved the pass for free gulf and water park. Plenty of things for kids to do.

Overall our stay at the Patricia Grand was okay, if we paid $55/night. However, for the amount that was spent I expected a higher class experience. Our air condition needed to be repaired. Our toilet required repair. The mattress needed to be replaced, and the pillows were too soft. The amenities including the poolside bar were only open on select days. Would not recommend this hotel for the rate paid. The best thing was the view.

Stayed here multiple times we are always pleased. Will be staying here again soon.

One bedroom suite was perfect for our stay. Like many places on the beach it has been there awhile. It was still clean, had great facilities and was quiet.

Me and my family stayed here for the weekend, our room was terrible, it was dirty and the ac stayed on. The shower and the toilet was dirty. My wife and I purchased cleaning supplies to clean the room, after this stay Patricia Grand will never see my money again!!!

Dirty bathroom, very small, tub didn't drain. Horrible staff at desk....like they were bothered I was there. Had to see them to sign out pool towels. Maid service came one day...I was there 4 days. Had to go back to desk and ask for new towels, no apology nothing but bothering them. Coffee place inside was not open. Stay somewhere else!

Mattress in the room we stayed in is well overdue for replacement. Sat on the bed and the springs in the mattress made noise and went flat. Was not very comfortable to lie in. Just so you know too, I weigh 185 and my wife weighs 130.

Shower floor filthy. Mold falls off shower when wet. Toilet seat had stains. This was the worst place ever. Just dirty felt worse than a super 8

Room smelled like bleach. Customer service came up quickly. Offered to move us. We have stayed here often. Worth the money and always clean.

Rooms smells, furniture old outdated ,suites nice size just a place to stay for the night they are pet friendly if you have a dog for the cost I've had better appearances, and cleaner hotels with more modern furniture and decor

Room was clean, close to beach but air conditioner would not get cool, room was warm. Would not stay again.

Right in the beach. Upgraded to oceanfront suite. The microwave, the a/c, the oven all only worked halfway. The floor hadn't been vacuumed and didn't get vacuumed the whole stay. The daily cleaning consisted of emptying the trash only. Beds weren't made which is minor annoyance and towels were just stacked on a chair. An old wet washcloth Sat outside room 1026 the whole visit. I bet it's still there, lol.

I went to Myrtle Beach for 2 days for business. The Patricia Grand has excellent amenities and great location.

Property could use some improvements. However for the price u can't beat Patricia grand

I arrived at 1pm and was not able to check in. Another guest had arrived at 10 am and had not been able to check in either. The same feedback was giving that they would call when rooms were available. Both myself and the other party never received a call and rooms were available hours before we actually checked in. Towels and washcloths were not white bUT beige. Room out dated and paint peeling. Hair found in shower sides before I even took a shower. Toilet outside dirty and bathroom small. Asked for washclothes at 11:30 and was told there were no housekeeping available and they were out. Asked again at 10am and never recieved until housekeeping came to try and put me out of my room. Not happy at all with my stay. The only positive was the hotel was near where I needed to go for business needs.

It took us a long time to get a room our room. I had two one-bedroom suites. One room on the fifth floor had a bedbug in the bed and roaches. My second one bedroom suite the kitchen sink was leaking and I was mopping up water for 2 days. Finally they changed my room, to the room next-door. I had to pay for the upgraded room. The upgraded room had roaches in the kitchen. My son cut his feet in the pool. The pool needs to be re-glazed. Maintenance staff and housekeeping I give 4 stars....

The staff was friendly and the room was clean. I really enjoyed my stay.

The hotel was clean and friendly staff. They were helpful with directions. We went during the winter months. The lazy river is small but fun and the hot tub is very relaxing! I would stay there again. Can't wait for our next trip.

dirty room

Me and my family stayed here for the weekend, our room was terrible, it was dirty and the ac stayed on. The shower and the toilet was dirty. My wife and I purchased cleaning supplies to clean the room, after this stay Patricia Grand will never see my money again!!!
