Poor communication and extra fees

When we arrived to the listing the carpet was wet throughout, we assumed the carpets had just been cleaned but after 2 days and the water still being wet we reached out to the lister to inform him. He then came over to the listing and told us that it must have been us that spilled something because nothing was leaking but not to worry about it because he dried it up using towels. Although the floor remained wet we checked out the following day so we let it go. We then got an added charge for the water on the floor and the dirty towels that were used to soak up the water… great area, nice place, quick response from lister but beware of extra charges for things that were not your fault.

Perfect little getaway

Wonderful location

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay at this very clean and well kept property! Check in process was easy. The sunrises were beautiful and we were close to so many places for shopping and dining. Love the on site coffee shop! We would definitely stay here again! Thank you Brian!

Loved our stay!

My family and I loved this condo! The owner was responsive and helpful, the condo is well taken care of, very nice and so clean! The ocean view is breath taking as well. The location is also convenient. It is within walking distance (10-15 minutes) of all the stores and restaurants on ocean blvd. No need to pay for parking anywhere! Would recommend! 10/10.

Great view, great location

Took a golf trip with friends. There was 5 total men that stayed. We are pretty tall guys, so I feel like we maxed out the space for sleeping. I wouldn't recommend 6 adult men in this space unless someone is okay sleeping on the floor. It is as advertised and has 6 places for someone to sleep, but if you are big guys like we are, there is just no way you are getting two on the pull out. Loved the place, loved location, loved the amenities.

Amazing view!

This property is very nice with an updated bath and kitchen and great cookware (pots and pans)! Sofa is firm as are the beds, very nicely decorated. Just wonderful to wake to a view of the sunrise without having to go out in the cold weather. Brian was always responsive which we appreciate. The fitness room was not open when we would have liked and washer/dryer were not available but Brian had no control over those items and we made do. Would stay here again.

Would love to stay here again in the future

This was the perfect place for us to stay for a week. Comfortable beds, nice and clean property with lazy river and hot tubs—which our 15-year-old enjoyed a lot! The Wi-Fi connection was really good since both of us worked all week and still could enjoy the beach and the view.

Perfect for couples

This is a perfect spot for a couple who may be looking for a quick getaway to Myrtle Beach. It is easy to get to and has plenty of parking. Our host Brian was excellent in answering any of our concerns and communicated all the details we needed to access the condo. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is included. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Wonderful!

My husband and I came to celebrate our anniversary and we loved it! The condo was great with an amazing view. It had great walkability to different restaurants and other things to do to be entertained. The Boardwalk was only about a 7 minute walk from the condo. Overall, we truly enjoyed our trip and may visit again as a family trip!

Love!!

We’ve been to Myrtle Beach and many other places using privately owned condos and this was one of our top 3 favorites. It was clean when we arrived, it was comfortable, and the view was beautiful!! We are already looking at dates to return! It was literally within 10-15 minutes of everywhere we wanted to go. I see people complaining about the beds….they are standard hotel beds. The one nearest the closet will soon need to be considered for replacement because it’s dipped in the center but we believe it’s used the most as it’s the farthest from the door and windows. However, we slept just fine anyways. Such a peaceful nice stay. Thank you!

This location is truly in the heart of it all. 7 mins to Broadway at the Beach, walking distance to the sky wheel, and so many close food and shopping options. The room is cute and clean, with fantastic views of the ocean and beach.
