Not a great stay

Communication was terrible. They didn’t end up sending us the check in code until 5:30pm when check in was 4pm. It was impossible to get ahold of anybody. Once in the condo, it was very musty smelling. We found many things broken such as closet door, chairs, cabinet. The oven was left on. Condo also wasnt cleaned well. Dirty bathroom, kitchen, dishes, floors. Left us an empty paper towel roll. Overall, not a good stay.

The sliding doors were off their track. Some of the cabinet doors were broken and the shower was full of mold. I took pictures when I arrived. The bacomeries were not private. Everything was old. even the TVs.

Cozy little condo

This condo is in a great location. The place was just as described. Loved having coffee in the morning and drinks in the evening on the comfy furniture on the balcony and looking at the ocean. Great stay!!!!

The property is on the beach. The parking lot is about a block away. There is a small parking garage closer that is not being used. It would be helpful for that to be bought and redone to have additional parking closer. There are 3 elevators with only one that goes to the 15th floor. There is no air flow in the elevator. There is a public parking lot right nrext to the condo unit that is a pay to park. The condo unit itself has a nice layout. The kitchen was small and functional. However, there were only 2 plates with plenty of other utensils. The shower had mold around the bottom. I messaged the company. They sent someone out to clean the mold within the hour. However, the box spring cover was discusting. We were only there a few nights. By the time it's
