This modern decor condo features 1 King Bed with a Murphy bed, a sleeper sofa, a private balcony, LCD TVs (55" and 45"), a private bathroom, full-sized appliances, and a kitchen table. With upscale furnishings and decor including granite countertops in both the kitchen and bathroom giving it a modern touch. This condo has breathtaking views from both the balcony and the main living area. This condo will comfortably sleep up to 6. Tastefully decorated to give you the flair of the beach and allow you the enjoyment of the ocean view from your balcony. The bedroom features a king bed, there is a Murphy bed, and a sleeper sofa in the living area. This tenth-floor unit provides awesome views of the beach and the city. A large swimming pool and Jacuzzi are located on the same floor just steps from your front door! The kitchen has a full-sized refrigerator, range, microwave/range hood, along with a dining room table to enjoy meals in your condo. The resort features an oceanfront pool deck with an outdoor pool and Jacuzzi, indoor water amenities - pool, lazy river, kiddie pools, and a Jacuzzi, a fitness room, and attached onsite parking (no crossing the street!)

Monterey Bay is located in the upscale north end of the city of Myrtle Beach, about two miles from the downtown hotel section. It is close to restaurants, shops, entertainment, and other attractions.

Would not stay here again if it were free!

To begin with, after booking this property, we were immediately asked to send a picture front/back of our credit card, driver's license, and a signature on a blank piece of paper. After contacting the leasing company we were told they didn't need it but then would push for the next item on the list until finally, they were happy with no signature and pics of driver's license and credit card with info blacked out. Next, for check-in, they offered an early check-in at an additional charge at 2 pm. I messaged when we were 30 minutes out at 3:46, and their only response was "Code at 4:00". Now for the actual room. The furniture listed as modern decor was not even garage sale quality. The couch and chair in the den had no cushion with springs poking you and feeling like you were falling through it. The mattress in the bedroom was completely worn out, but instead of replacing it, it had a foam rubber pad that did nothing. The bathroom was the one shining spot was very clean and updated with great water pressure. Lastly, the room's location is on the 10th floor with a decent view and directly beside the rooftop pool. This could be great or horrible because the noise from the pool, which is supposed to close at 11:00, is loud until much later.

The unit was nice, mostly clean. Communication with the front desk was poor, since i booked with a 3rd party they had no desire to help or talk to me; no info about pool, beach access, or even where the dumpster was. The pools were nice & clean there is a pool on the 10th floor which is the floor i stayed on, which was great access for the kids! Free parking, which is under the resort its pretty tight, but it parking at least. Overall great stay! Right on the beach a 2 second walk which was AMAZING!!!

Thid was not anything like the pics online

When I went to the website and clicked on available rooms at know time did anyone say it was not part of the hotel. When I clicked on the site it showed this as having the amenities of the hotel Including the breakfast. I was lied to on parking per permits. The room was not what was showed on the website pics. The backsplash was even falling off in the very small one person kitchen. I see how the pics on the website are stretched even to make the stove look bigger. The place was dirty. Behind the Murphy bed was what kooma like years of dust, dirt hair etc. So gross. You use the website name but don't give a thing at time of booking that it is a private owned place and nothing to do with the hotel. Even the tvs don't have cable or hold up to wifi. This was the most horrible I have ever debt I have ever delt with in the 20 plus yrs of traveling with my family to many different places.

Not my cup of tea...

This unit looks nothing like the pics. It’s very run down. We didn’t even use the kitchen because next to the oven was an open dirty space that was unappetizing. The whole bldg was rough. The parking garage is so tight there are marks where people ran into the walls everywhere! The owner sent multiple messages threatening to charge us for every little thing. The bed was all springs. The only plus was the location.
