As part of your reservation, you’ll enjoy access to a full breakfast buffet at Magnolia’s at 26th, just a short walk from the hotel.

All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program offers one free ticket from up to three partners per reservation. Additional tickets are available to purchase when the free tickets are redeemed. Details are updated seasonally on our property-specific websites. Children's activities are available each summer from mid-June through mid-August. Activities include shark tooth hunts, crafts, and pool games! Snowbird activities are available each winter from early January through mid-March. These activities build on the snowbird community we have each winter. Activities include card games, crafts, bingo, field trips, and Waffle Wednesday meet-n-greets!

The spa / hot tub are undergoing a replacement project to install a brand-new 10-seat spa/hot-tub. In order for this upgrade to be completed on time, the spa/hot-tub area will be closed and unavailable for usage until the beginning of 2025. Guests are encouraged to use Bluegreen Resort’s spa/hot-tub free of charge during this upgrade.**** Bluegreen Resort (Carolina Grand) is located across the street.

There was mold on the lamp shade. On the ceiling and the tub was stopped up n the sink

The room had a musty smell like mold . Also I wanted to cancel one of the nights that I didn't stay and add on another one which I was told would be available the next day but it wasn't had to find another hotel to stay at. The breakfast was delicious

Seriously needs updating inside

Bathroom had mold on baseboards, door didn’t shut and toilet wobbled every time it was sat on. Sliding door to balcony nearly broke and does not properly close. Main entry way also not functioning right, no door stop, didn’t close without being pushed or pulled on. Refrigerator handle broken. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Security could be better, felt like anyone could get access to the property and pools. Pool attendant, attended to her phone. Beds were comfortable and had plenty of pillows. It was nice to get pool towels from desk daily and breakfast was average and just across the street. The mini golf course was fun for young children. Decent but as nice as I had hoped

Nice ocean view room at the beach. A little bit farther from the boardwalk to enjoy peace and quiet but close enough for a longer walk to all the restaurants and entertainment.
