Condo was infested with roaches. Notified front desk the next morning. I feel like we were just placated, and not to much was done until after we checked out the next day. How do they stay in business? It’s very large building, and where there is one roach, there are many more. Compensation 30%!! Aweful customer service. Never again.

Great location and service, but some downsides.

Our condo was in an awesome downtown Myrtle Beach Location right on the beach! It had a huge indoor pool, spa, lazy river space.The service there was excellent as far as assisting with everything from door codes to operation of TV and dishwasher. However, we needed help everyday with the door code which was long and delicate until we were finally given a four digit one. Also, the kitchen lacked some essential items like dish clothes, hot pads, a peeler, a soup ladle, electric beater, and Teflon frying pan and the door to the master bedroom didn’t shut.

Family Comfortable

Worked well for our family: Grandpa, Grandma, Dad, 15 boy, 13 boy, 12 boy. Condo obviously sees a lot of use but although not elegant it is comfortable. Many restaurants and shops within walking distance. Beach and ocean main attraction but pools were nice to have available.

Clean but dated

Air in master bedroom would not work which was very frustrating. However the rest of us had to freeze to death to try to fool that room even with the door open. Furniture needs updating also. Hotel feel.
