My husband and I are beach bums so we wanted a quick MDW trip. We weee so happy to find this beautiful last minute unit. It was absolutely wonderful with no complaints. Oh wait; there was a minor hiccup with the lock code which caused an inconvenience. But it eventually worked our.

We arrived for a very short trip, 3 nights! Typically we rent a house in North Myrtle but this was a last minute trip and not much was available. This was our first time staying at a resort in MB. Never again! The resort was beautifully decorated, plenty of pools and the restaurant was amazing! We enter our room, and it was absolutely filthy, everything was filthy from the floors to the refrigerator, the stove the counters, the bedside tables. Get in to the bathroom and there was literally 3 inches of standing water with hair clippings in it. We called the front desk and they sent maintenance up within the hour. He fixed it and called housekeeping to come clean the tub. We went to the store and bought cleaning supplies and cleaned the entire room, swept and mopped the floors cleaned the entire kitchen all the tables and the desk! Toilet and bathroom vanity. Absolutely disgusting! We come to the area multiple times a year and this place was a 1and done for us!

I enjoyed my weekend stay especially the beautiful view and the spacious room. I did have to do a little cleaning in the restroom, but nothing to major. Being that close to the elevators was a bit worrisome, but the noise level throughout my entire stay wasn’t bad. I would stay again.

The room had a nice beach view (ocean front property!) and for the price, was a good value (full-sized fridge, microwave and small stovetop). The room and bathroom are kinda small, but given the location - worth it!

Myrtle Beach 40th Anniversary weekend

We had a great time for our little get away to the beach. Many things were within walking distance, as described. BIG place & as long as you don't need anything ... No carts to check in. No services that we personally took advantage of. Got (1) drink from the bar on our first day to the tune of $26. The real clincher for me was, we went to the beach and sat in the chairs in front of hotel. NOT ALLOWED unless you paid them $45. So we decided to venture out, rather than take advantage of things at our hotel. Parking is also an issue. Literally, on night we went to the front desk & told them was no parking & the lady on duty had to move her car, so we could park in hotel parking. Closing thought: I would not go back here unless you have money to burn. This place left a bad taste in my mouth for sure!

Overall good experience. The majority of the staff was awesome, especially Heaven. The bar tender at the pool was the only employee that didn't have the best customer service skills. We didn't feel comfortable walking the area after dark but that may have been us just being overly cautious. Appreciated the security guard walking the property in the afternoon and evening. The wait time for the elevator as referenced in other reviews is correct. A lot of people for only three elevators. The food at the restaurant was good, especially the breakfast.
