We were only there less than 12 hours. Everything seemed fine. Night receptionist was nice.

We checked in a half hour late although we were a half hour early, after the maid had time to have a cigarette break before all her rooms were done..after being told they didn't know how we booked one night on a two night minimum weekend...the pool and jacuzzi were shut down for mechanical reasons..we arrived 15 minutes before breakfast was scheduled to be closed, and it had been completely cleaned up..we were offered a yogurt as a consolation prize.
This was a nice clean hotel with comfortable beds.

Room was clean and no odors. Staff was polite. HOWEVER- No Internet service for the entire 2 nights that we were there. I had work to do. Not good!

Good busy, elevator broke down but was fixed same day. Fine no frills place. Small breakfast dining room downstairs. Allowed me to put up no-services-needed sign. Location between Lancaster and Columbia PA which was at halfway point to our touring areas. Wi-fi was spotty. Staff pleasant and helpful.
This place was just the ticket. It is only about 15 minutes from Millersville university where I had some business. I would certainly stay there again.
For over $200 a night and a newer hotel, expected a decent experience. Looked nice upon checking in and staff friendly, but we pulled around back to enter through entrance closer to room. Upon entering (and getting dripped on by A/C above the door, why?), hallway smelled like stall booze and food all over carpet. One of our rooms had strong cigarette odor even though not allowed in rooms. Switched to another room that was better, but both rooms smelled like stale smoke and deodorizer when the A/C was running. Sheets were rough and cheap...and the worst was that there was hair in the shower. Seriously? So despite nice modern style, the basic comfort and cleanliness was not there. After staying in dozens of hotels over the years, this is my first negative review of own.
