Front desk receptionist (Antenika) was so rude she kept arguing with people checking in the only reason we did not leave is because it was so late. No customer service at all. The hallways and elevator have a musty smell to it. The walls are paper thin could here both neighbors talk. Never again staying in this one again. Stay away from it. -horrible costumer service -thin walls -musty smell Y’all have a great day.
I was driving from Fort Laurdale and need a place to sleep until my flight the next day at Atlanta Georgia Airport. I called and made the reservation on the phone around midnight on Tuesday and when I arrived they had made the reservation for Wednesday but was not an issue when I arrived. I received the key around 2:30am and when up to the room on the 3rd floor. We used the elvataoer. The smell was "musty" as we entered the hallway but still continued as we were exhausted. When we entered the room my initial reaction was it was dated and had a funny smell. My daughter jumped into to bed and I headed to take a shower. After my shower i was standing in the shower drying off when I felt two huge roaches crawling around my feet. I screamed and ran out of the shower grabbed my daughter and went to check out. When i explained my story to the front desk attendant her response was "HMMM" yes I said and I want my money refunded immediately. No response from her and I left about 15 after check out. I checked the shower before I entered so I guess they came up from the drain. My $ was refunded 8 days later.
Great stay! I decided To find a room around 4am. I called the toll free number the guy whom handled my call was superb. Reservations where ready with in ten minutes. Ms. Was five star. Thanks for a great experience.
Hotel was OK. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Rooms were not the greatest, but they were not the worse that I have stayed in. Would recommend for short stays, but not for an extended period of time.
My husband and I appreciate the service he receives while he is gone away from home working. He really does feel at home while he is away from home. When he first found this hotel he had noisy neighbors with a dog across the hall and they immediately moved him to a quieter room down the hall.
Have had better experiences. Did not live up to my expectations as outlined in the advertisement. Access to items were limited such as sleeping cots and kitchen utensils, was told to come back later for pots and pans l. Breakfast was not provided.
For staying over for one night, the price was great but the quality was terrible. I should have know with such a low price. I was called the day of my reservation to inform me that they were out of kings and could offer my husband and I 2 full beds. What a downgrade!! I had to fight with them for a queen bed and a $5 discount. Then after we arrived, they had me sign a no smoking form at check in but we were smacked in the face with the smell of smoke when we entered my non-smoking room. It was so bad that my personal pillow that I brought along that only touched the sheets on the bed smelled of smoke when I got home. I would never stay at this hotel again. Pay a little more and stay somewhere else. There are tons of other choices on the exact same rode which would have been much better I am sure.
Our experience at this hotel has been more than pleasant. We have been here on an extended stay, so we've seen this place function through normal days and a renovation. Through it all the management, front desk staff, maintenance, and housekeeping staff have been more than stellar. The grounds, hotel common areas, laundry room and rooms are always clean and well maintained. I highly recommend this hotel, in fact I've had 3 different family members come and visit while getting their own rooms here. They were all quite pleased. I can't commend hotel manager Cheris, Antenika and Camesha(front desk ) for their professionalism and courtesy always with a smile.
Stayed for a week it was way over priced for an extended stay, room was decent but in need of a Deep Cleaning in the process of going non smoking but paint only goes so far. Breakfast was near nothing, hotel would be better not to advertise one at all.
This was my first visit but definitely not my last! The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. I got there before check in time but they were very accommodating and were nice enough to secure my luggage while I went to get something to eat from one of the many conveniently located, within walking distance, restaurants. The only thing I was slightly put off by was the lack of enough laundry detergent. Other than that it was just fine and I will return every time I am in the area. The "On the Go" coffee was pretty good too!
