WVU Family stay

The staff was friendly and welcoming. Our room was very clean, large and well made. Beds and pillows were comfy. Bathroom was a good size. Good location to get around. The patio needs updating (weeds and old/dated furniture). Also the TV's had bad reception which was annoying. I loved how other hotels in the area allowed you to enter your Netflix passwords - that would be a great perk.

Cleanliness Was An Issue

I stay at 8-10 different hotels every year and rarely have any problems. Considering the cost of this hotel, I truly expected more. We had several issues as far as cleanliness and after notifying the front desk we were able to switch rooms. The second room was fine but the first was completely unacceptable. I like the location of the hotel & it was quiet but we will look into other hotels next time we’re in Morgantown…
