Clean and comfortable. No good eating places nearby.

Front desk man didn't know what the charge of our room was, didn't get the receipt until the middle of the night under the door. Alcohol in the pool, staff wasn't aware that was a rule, did nothing after asking "are they bothering you?" Everyone was kicked out of the pool at 10 when it closed but kids were back in there at 11. Had to ask for coffee to be made, told they were out of creamer but it was there in the AM. Told we could submit our complaints on Facebook!! The room was nice but the stay was not.

Room smelled horrible. Loud all night long and early in morning. Could hear someone snoring in next room. Breakfast was horrible

The personnel were friendly. The room clean and comfortable. Loved having both soft and firm pillows to chose from. Breakfast smelled wonderful. Location was great. The only issue was that mid-way through my shower, the water went ice cold. Then just as my hair was rinsed, it became really hot again.

The staff were extremely helpful on many occasions. We were able to receive business faxes and Fed Ex deliveries with a smile. Continental breakfast was ready and waiting every morning. We would happily return to this hotel again.

Not the hotel's fault .... Unfortunately, I shared a floor with a tour bus group of seniors which departed rather early. They were extremely loud and not considerate of those which were still sleeping. All hotels should take in consideration the possibility of housing all tour guests in the same location and separating them from business travelers.

The staff was friendly. My [...]reservation made everything very easy except my room was in their system as smoking, even though my paperwork I brought with me showed non-smoking. They were quick to offer a move down the hall. The breakfast was nice--waffles, doughnuts, all sorts of white and wheat breads to toast, bananas, apples, oranges, yogurt, cereals, coffee, tea, milk, juices, boiled eggs.

Our family was treated very well while we were visiting Morehead, KY. Even when we had questions at one in the morning we were treated with first class attitude and no questions asked. When we needed extra towels and blankets they were provided. The only bad thing about our trip was not too many restraunts deliver to the hotel. The hotel was great. Good breakfast and it was close to everything that we went to Morehead, KY for.

Stopped for the night, which was all we needed. Affordable and efficient, although the only warm part of the breakfast was waffles; no eggs/bacon/sausage like I'd been expecting. Opened bar of soap and wrapper was awaiting us in the bathroom, which was weird.

We stayed in Morehead so we could check out farm land in the eastern Kentucky area. Our family of four used a room with two queen beds and a rollaway. The beds were very comfortable, the location right off the highway with a convenience store next door, but nothing else around so it was QUIET!! Full breakfast was wonderful, and the wireless internet worked well for all three laptops we had connected! I also loved the shower curtain that curved out from the tub line, making extra moving space in the shower. My only problem was that the AC unit -- which we needed because the windows didn't open -- had to have the fan blowing all the time, unless it was off. The noise took a bit of getting used to, but by the second night, I slept through it fine. I was also amazed that the price quoted for our room ended up being lowered by $22 a night! A pleasant surprise!
