Reserved a room only to find out that you can’t check in after 7:00pm...Really? Perhaps not sharing vacancies online after 7:00pm would alleviate this becoming an issue in the future. Solutions! Not just problems.
There was no air conditioner working, tv didn’t work, guys smoking in the halls took staff forever to change my room , when they did next room smelled bad
The location was a bit difficult to find initially and after I found the street the location has a leery curb appeal! I assumed where the entrance was and surprisingly was correct. It didn't feel open and inviting, but that's the build of the location. I should have taken that as my second cautious tale, but I prefer extended stays and assumed with the name a certain quality would succeed - it DOES NOT(for this location)! From the moment I came in with my bags to go to the elevator and the 'UP' button was missing I was flabbergasted! We took the stairs and the carpet had stains embedded that even if cleaned would still remain. I had a bit of trouble finding my room as room numbers were missing and even the peep-hole piece was missing - YES, this is really my experience! We got to the room and the door didn't align to lock appropriately; there was an odor in the room that I figured out came from the bathroom (didn't have appropriate ventilation). Many things didn't function correctly: from the over used furniture, to the half working t.v. remote, cigarette burns in sheets, non-working/damaged bedside lamp(s), missing parts on an a.c. unit, partially working oven door, partially working shower rod. It was wild - I was really affected by the condition and unfortunately have to say that I will not be visiting again. I'm not sure that I may have been put in a high turnover room as my stay may be shorter than most guests but this is my experience.
Convient location, comfortable, clean, would recommend. Cheap, package deal. Recommend u try
Initially booked a 2 BR suite but was filthy! Closet doors broken. No towels in bathroom! Curtains missing! Spoke w/ front desk and moved to another 1 BR suite worh no refund of price difference and room dirty with bugs and stains in carpet, on chairs, bathroom vent dust so thick it looked like mold, bathroom ceiling had stains and bathroom cabinet hand stains that could have been wiped had rooms been cleaned as they should!
Told to use elevator to get to room on 3rd floor. But, elevator was broken.
My husband and I stayed here about two years ago. It was fantastic! But this time it wasn't so great. The room was not cleaned, the floors were so dirty. No one came and brought towels or cleaned the trash. They took away breakfast and we couldn't get into the wifi. THE WORST PART IS THEY NOW HAVE ROACHES. NOT BIG ONES BUT DIRTY ONES. We will not be going back. I was very disappointed that they had let it go so bad.
I don't know what has happened to this establishment, but the rooms do not have sheets nor towels waiting. The linen they do give is torn and almost see through. The door to the building is broken with no handle on the inside, therefor, there is no security although a keycard access is there. The carpets in the hallways and stairs are filthy. To add to security issue, there were rooms just left open in the middle of the night with no one in them. Anyone could have walked in off the street and setup shop in a room. Did not feel safe and if had been able to get a refund and go elsewhere I would have.
Since Orbitz rejected my honest review of this disgusting place, I will say this, STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Let's just say when I turned the lights on, I saw 3 roaches scatter. I called the front desk but no one answered. Went down to complain but no one was at the the desk. Had I not been completely exhausted I would've rather stayed in my car. Security guard was extremely rude and short also. Overall horrible experience. I would never stay here again, even for free.
Best room ever. Got way more than expected. Room was clean and big.
Served it's purpose. We were barely in the room from visiting all the museums and historic sites. I would stay here again.
The overall place was lacking in cleanliness. The location was central to our needs.
Room was great as well as the staff. Guests were rough around the edges. Came back from dinner and 6 police officers at the room next door and guest down the hall screaming at the police!!!! Also false advertising when they state they have free breakfast because they do not. That was a selling point for me but they lied
This hotel has the best rates for an efficiency type room. Full kitchen and good work area. Great location for traveling also.
Sofa is not clean. I mean the sofa in the living room. It is so dirty. Everything else is good. Inside the room is great.
Travel for business is great! Not sure if it's the best for families but great for business travel.
Perfect for the business traveler on a budget. Hidden Gem. Not a great place for kids/vacation travel as there are long term tenants living in this extended stay hotel. If you like the smells of someone cookin' it up in their kitchen while checking in, this is your hotel. Enjoy!
The hotel was right along interstate. Room was spacious. Full kitchen. The refrigerator made clanging noises ALL night long. Advised front desk and they simply said, "Yeah, it does that.". There was nothing extra for the guests, no perks. Bathroom had to be cleaned before I felt it was useable for our stay. (I generally carry Lysol just in case).
NO COMPLAINTS ON MY END. GREAT LOCATION, FRIENDLY STAFF, GREAT PRICE.
