First and foremost, the kitchen staff was AMAZING!
However, the customer service from the front desk staff has A LOT to be desired, especially if you’re trying to call the hotel directly.
Upon calling and FINALLY getting someone to answer, they don’t even mention their name so you don’t even know who you are speaking with and if you dare ask for their name, it comes across as “how dare you even ask what my name is” and comes with attitude too — NO personality over the phone at all.
And good luck if you need any assistance trying to reach the accounting / billing department.
I had an issue with my bill and even left a message with the department with my call back information and ZILCH on a call back.
When I called back the front desk (the no name person answering the phone), ATTITUDE comes with the call, again!
I was placed on hold too long and their phone system goes back to just ringing and no answer, so I had to hang up and call back again.
This time they were in a shift change because I had to go back thru the same exact scenario with the staff member who has attitude of attitudes!
I hope no one else has to experience this nightmare!
