We asked if they had room service and were told yes. My husband ordered and had to go down and get it. Next morning our in room coffee pot didn’t work so he went down to get coffee. They don’t have coffee out until 7:30. He told them about our coffee pot not working and said they would bring one right up. Never happened. Also advertise pay parking or add it when showing room price.

This past weekend was my first time to Montgomery and first time staying in Embassy Suites ever. I want to say that the Staff was Wonderful very friendly and so Accommodating to our family stay, and apart of this Staff Ms. NETTA was kind, patient, funny, showed hospitality and most definitely professional. The rooms were clean and comfortable. In the future I will be booking with Embassy Suites for travel, especially my next trip back to Montgomery, Alabama.

The staff was very kind and pleasant, but the cleanliness of the bathroom was not satisfactory at all. The breakfast food was not good, so I did not eat there at all. I probably will not stay there again.

I wish i would.have known that there was NO PARKING. They were redoing their parking lot, And that to park on the street i would have to pay 31$. Besides that had to pay $8 per bottle of water! SMH agrivating to say the least!

I wouldn’t stay here again unless I had too

The hotel is older. The toilet in my room looked as if it had not had a good scrubbing in a while. As if it had just been sitting for a bit. I didn’t complain about it. My stay was short. However, the second and last night I stayed there, the cover moved off of the duvet while I was sleeping and there was blood on the duvet that was not mine. I informed the front desk on my check out. It appears as if they may not wash the duvets.

First and foremost, the kitchen staff was AMAZING! However, the customer service from the front desk staff has A LOT to be desired, especially if you’re trying to call the hotel directly. Upon calling and FINALLY getting someone to answer, they don’t even mention their name so you don’t even know who you are speaking with and if you dare ask for their name, it comes across as “how dare you even ask what my name is” and comes with attitude too — NO personality over the phone at all. And good luck if you need any assistance trying to reach the accounting / billing department. I had an issue with my bill and even left a message with the department with my call back information and ZILCH on a call back. When I called back the front desk (the no name person answering the phone), ATTITUDE comes with the call, again! I was placed on hold too long and their phone system goes back to just ringing and no answer, so I had to hang up and call back again. This time they were in a shift change because I had to go back thru the same exact scenario with the staff member who has attitude of attitudes! I hope no one else has to experience this nightmare!

This was the dirtiest hotel I have ever stay at. There was disgusting stuff all over the walls including toothpaste and hair in the bathrooms. Crumbs that could equal a whole meal in the chairs in the dining area of the suite. Stains all over the carpet and furniture. The water barely came out of the shower. Towels were frayed with holes. Stains on the bedspread. Tiny flat pillows. I have seen cleaner motel 6s!! It was horrible. Will 100% never stay here again!

I had to request a room transfer, the first room was not thoroughly cleaned, the other bed had bloodstained sheets, the previous guest's used socks was bundled in the corner of the bed, toilet paper was not replenished. Very disappointed, not at par with the Hilton brand.
