Have stayed here before - clean and comfortable- great breakfast offering. Grill 300 tasty & reasonably priced - great staff! Disappointed in the water temperature of the pool - despite being inside, it was way too cold to even use.
The pool was not working. The area seemed unsafe. Nothing is open on Sundays. They wouldn’t give us a refund nor did they let us know until after we checked in the pool was out of order.

Check in we were early so we got on a list, fine. 4 pm came and still no call. A class of kids got rooms before us. One receptionist kept putting people on a list. We went to someone else and she got our room.
Rooms were great until we saw a few friends (bugs). Staff was very accommodating, moved us to a different room.
The property is clean but needs updating. The room and bathroom need updated furniture and decor. This gives the appearance of "dingy", but it is clean. Lobby are is well lit with updated decor.

This was an ok place but definitely not worth the price paid. Hallways were very noisy, elevator makes a dinging noise at each floor so if you are a light sleeper don’t get a room by the elevator, room felt muggy and damp, pull out sofa was like sleeping on springs that folded up the sides and everything went to the middle, but breakfast was good. Would probably not stay here again.
The guest area layout was spacious and decor was beautiful. The amenities was nice however was disappointed there is no room service options available due unknown reasons. The bar phone was non operable therefore an order could not be placed and picked up. The cleanliness of the room was also disappointing and disgusting. The toilet was not clean and stained. The shower tile seem to have mold/mildew build up. The room thermostat was not working but quickly addressed. Cleanliness is of utmost during these times and I would not stay at another Embassy Suites if this is the standard.
My stay at Embassy Suites in Montgomery was lovely. Rooms are spacious and clean, breakfast was wonderful. We even enjoyed the evening manager’s reception. Would definitely recommend.

We had to wait 1 1/2 hours past check in time for our room because they didn't have sheets??? The room smelled funky and the a/c barely worked. We had some nice people at the front desk but some weren't nice at all. No one EVER answered the phone at the front desk so you had to walk down and talk to them in person. Had to go get our own towels and cups. Room was not well stocked at all! Location was good but overall NOT a great experience.
Called propert saying i was going to be late at check in when i got there tjey said the hotel was sold out
