We have been staying at this Comfort Inn motel for our Monterey excursions the past few years. We have found the location is perfect for us as it is located near all the local attractions, close to dining, and the Monterey Aquarium. The staff is always friendly, and very helpful. The rooms are spacious, clean, and the comfortable. Always get a good nights sleep at this quiet location.

Bathrooms very outdated Walls in closet were filthy Unfriendly daytime front desk staff No air conditioning no other ventilation but to open the sliding glass door that allowed access to the room

The Comfort Inn was a nice surprise. The location was very convenient being right off hwy 68. The motel was situated among the pines, nicely landscaped, and somewhat privately situated separate buildings. The breakfast offerings included waffles, pasteries, and fruit to start the morning. It was very close to Monterey's attractions, Pacific Grove, Carmel, and Big Sur just down the coast. We will definitely stay at this motel again when we return to Monterey.

We prefer staying here for the comfort and convenience of attending the annual Monterey Jazz Festival. Its location near the airport is prime. The staff is friendly, the room is relaxing and the continental breakfast was a pleasant way to start each morning.

Comfortable, but a little far away from main Monterey attractions. Good if you need a place to crash for a night

Great deal, always stay here when I'm at Laguna Seca

Near a family member's home and adjacent to the airport, very convenient.

We had a very enjoyable time. The staff was very helpful. We left a item in our room and they had notified us before we got home.

Very close to airport but no noise at all. Large room at very reasonable rate.

This hotel is in a convenient location but that's about it........I guess I am a bit spoiled but I like to sleep in a fairly cool environment at night and since the rooms have no a/c that is difficult to do.....opening the screen door onto the balcony helps but my room was quite warm when I returned to it each day. Staff was ok and it was nice to be able to grab a quick something to eat before heading out each day but food was also so I said its convenient!!!

The negatives were poor service (failure to put a do not disturb sign in my room, failure to show me on a map where my room was) and a blurry television. The light in the bathroom was way too dark. The positives were cheaper than downtown and quiet. Overall, the place is aging and kind run down. I didn't find any uncleanliness.

Our stay was beyond expectations. The staff was very friendly. Our room was huge with nice fireplace and complete kitchen facilities. Liked the bathroom which had two sinks. The complimentary breakfast was also good. We would definitely stay there again. Very quiet property. Everything was clean and well cared for.

They have a good deal. Nice clean rooms, good location, good breakfast, nice front office staff. Hotel is on the smaller side but very well managed. Be ready to drive ten minutes to eat or entertainment.

Quiet location. Staff was friendly. Buildings, rooms and grounds looked well cared for. Our breakfast was ok the same as you would normaly find. We drove past a few of the other choices that were available in the area and I think we made the right decision to stay here.

The rooms are quite large and comfortable. They have a "continental breakfast" but in reality it is almost a full buffet with hot sausages and eggs as well as self made Belgium waffles as well as coffee, juices and danish. The location is near the junction of Highways 69 and 1 at the northern city limits of Monterey, Ca

It was the perfect location for one night.close to the airport - in fact walking distance...good breakfeast included in the rate.Friendly staff

First time staying at this hotel but have been visiting Monterey for 5 years now. Best place so far. Attended the Greek festival, city of Carmel, and County Fair. Within driving distance to all places and events. Cost for cab was descent for long night on Cannery Row for drinking and dancing. The fireplace and balcony view were great. The room was very clean and spacious! It had a full bathtub and separate shower stall. The staff was very helpful with service. Continental breakfast was perfect.....waffles, cereal, boiled eggs, juice coffee and yogurt.

Overall the hotel was o.k. When we arrived in the room, I immediately went over to the thermastat to turn on the air but it did not come on. I called the front desk and .....surprise! the air did not work so we were offered a fan. Thankfully we were upstairs so we kept the windows open. Besides this, the room was clean, the breakfast was o.k. (had better in Choice hotel in Texas) and it was nice and quiet.

went for funeral so didn't really do and out .place was clean and was able check in early after long drive.

Nice room good price, easy access to the courses.
