Our Happy Place | 2 Bed, 2 Bath

Welcome to our "Happy Place".  When we first came to Destin, many years ago, we fell in love with it, as we are sure, you will  too.  Unit 10E underwent a complete renovation in January 2019.  Sleeping 8 we have the master bedroom with a King bed, remote control ceiling fan and 32 inch flat screen tv.  In the hall there are 2 bunk beds with access to the full bathroom off the master.  Down the hall into the fully equipped kitchen with granite counters, dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, coffee pot and just about everything you would need.  The open concept affords access to the living room with full size sofa, love seat and occasional chair and a 50 inch flat screen with cable tv and free wi-fi.  In the living room is the slider to the patio where you will enjoy great views of the pool and grounds, not to mention having your morning coffee watching the beautiful Destin sunrise.  Upstairs you will find a cozy loft with a queen bed and 2 twin beds in separate areas, a 32 inch flat screen and  a full bath with a pocket door.  Each unit has a dedicated parking spot with open spaces for your guests.  There is also a private laundry room, with storage space.  The beach, with its beautiful white quartz sand  is located just across the street with private access.  All units are non smoking and do not accomodate pets. The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a fenced private yard.
