Access Credential Replacement Fees Guests are responsible for safeguarding any parking passes, wristbands, access fobs, or other credentials provided. Seasonal Extended Stays (Snowbird Program) From November through February, select homes offer seasonal extended stays for reservations of 30 nights or longer, when available. To preview monthly pricing, search using a 1st-of-the-month arrival and 1st-of-the-month departure date. For seasonal extended stays, the following additional cleaning fees apply: - Stays of 30 to 59 nights incur a $150 additional cleaning fee. - Stays of 60 nights or longer incur a $275 additional cleaning fee. - These required fees are applied after booking for reservations made on or after July 25, 2025.
Smoking Damage & Extra Cleaning A minimum charge equal to the standard cleaning fee will apply for damage, smoking, pet violations, or excessive cleaning. The property is in excellent location, perfect view of beach and access, overlooks the main pool. Nice balcony, small for four or more people. Condo Has nice plan 2 bedroom 2 bath. The condo has been WELL used, tile floors dirty. We took our shoes off as we entered to cut down on sand, but your bare feet or socks turned black from floors. Handles missing from Pario doors, one door was cracked, Handles missing for sliding tub doors, furniture and cabinets are pretty beat up. trim and molding in bad shape. Just needs major refreshing.Rental company extremely communicative and helpful in providing check in and check out information.

Don't stay here unless it is updated and cleaned.
Beautiful view, great bed excellent beach service. Had to borrow a screwdriver from the man who was installing a fan to fix the front door handles. Front door is filthy along with door to guest bath. Front door in need of weather-stripping. Guest shower and master bath both moldy and dirty. Refrigerator top filthy. Screen torn on patio door. No handle on outside of patio door. Bar wall in DESPERATE need of paint. Dresser in master bedroom missing handle. Master closet doors in need of repair and alignment. Have pictures that I wish I could submit here. Please send e-mail or other way to send pictures to post with this review. Picture on this page is misleading as it shows glass top on the coffee table and in reality, there was no glass but a busted top on the table.

check in process was good, condo clean, have stayed at the maravilla before and enjoyed it. I only have 2 things to suggest: All pets should be on a leash and this was a 2 bedroom condo and only 2 chairs for the balcony which 4 would have been more accommodating otherwise all was good and had a wonderful trip.

Maravilla unit 2410, family friendly, amazing beach view
This unit 2410 has the best panoramic view of the beach, ocean. Just a stone throw away to the beach, literally just accross the street.. pet friendly, complete kitchen utensils, clean 5 star hotel quality linens, enough towels for a family of 5, and the best part is...the washing machine and dryer, it was a big bunos🤗
The only thing we could wish for is some lounger chairs in the balcony. And maybe some containers with lids for leftovers would be nice.
Thank you for making sure all necessaries are provided for, we had an amazing vacay, and will choose this place again when we come back to destin..

Thank you. This was perfect for us. The view was beautiful. We loved waking up, opening the curtain, and seeing the ocean. Also fun to sit on our porch and not only see the ocean but the pool. Clean, nicely decorated, friendly, and a perfect walk to restaurants and shops, too.

Location was great, our condo was very clean but really needs updated and painted. I had to have management get us a coffee pot because the settings were wore off, the pots and pans looked like they came from second hand used store. I did not cook in due to this. I understand that some people don't want to put too much money into a place for rentals but at the same time we spent a lot of money to stay. Yes we would stay at this location again but not in this unit.

The view was spectacular, easy access to the beach, I loved that it is pet friendly!
The condo was not good, it was pretty dirty.
Kitchen not great, you couldn’t open some drawers , most of the dishes were dirty, we had to wash everything before we ate off it.
The headboard fell off the wall in the small bedroom, it had a punch hole in the door, and the bedskirt was horrific, a few different big stains.
The master bath had pubic hair all over and caked on the base boards..
My husband is a fireman and said he is sure the sprinkler head does not work in living room, it’s very rusty..
The couch had so much dog hair we didn’t want to sit on the couch .
There was not a broom or any cleaning stuff.
The location is great, beach access is great.

We have stayed at Maravilla several times. This has one of the best views of the beach. Everything worked in the condo. Master bed was comfy We enjoyed Amazon prime and Netflix there. It has not been updated in a while and could be better stocked. Master bath mirror needs to be replaced. Bring your basics along with the expected items include liquid dish soap, hangers and a couple of extra wine glasses.
