I booked this hotel to celebrate my birthday as a visitor, and unfortunately, it completely ruined my experience. The room was in terrible condition. There was mold in the shower and jacuzzi, stains on the walls, and the ceiling was peeling. The sink was clogged with hair, and the water never got hot. The AC unit was broken, making the room uncomfortable. There was no working vending machine, and to make matters worse, I got stuck in the elevator and the emergency bell did not work, which was scary and unsafe. The biggest issue is that the hotel is false advertising — the room looked nothing like the photos online. I did not enjoy my stay at all, especially since it was supposed to be for my birthday. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone until serious maintenance and cleanliness issues are addressed.

Weve stayed at LaQintas all over the country, including this particular one in the past. This hotel has gotten progressively worse. The exterior and parking area are litter filled and the front building is deteriorating with plaster and landscape in horrible condition. Stark front desk area poster ganging crooked empty snack shelves. And our room was probably the worst part. The bathroom was visibly dirty on walls (like maybe poop) shower curtain torn and shower rod broken barely hanging on to wall. One piece of tissue in box (for show?) No toilet roll holder. Broken non-working blow dryer. Our mini fridge door could not close. Cabnets missing whole chunks of laminate. Entrance way area walls filthy with apparent hole patches. Carpet around bed was not vacumed.

The room was dirty, there were sticky stuff all over the headboard and the bed skirt had what looked like blood stains not to mention the sofa and carpet had stains.
