The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a good location. The facilities are old, also It is necessary to emphasize the cleanliness of the rooms. You hear trucks working in the area in the early hours (3am).

I was travelling with my family and called hotel to request a larger room. At check in I had been assigned to a spacious 2 bedroom suite with a living room, kitchen and decent size dining room table. My wife and I remembered that this room was as large as our first apartment. We checked in late and check out early, but had a great night's sleep and this hotel was ideal before our flight. Free parking. Outdoor swimming pool. We had the free breakfast which was basic, but had fresh fruit, yogurt and the coffee was decent. I found a very good rate and it was more affordable than other mid range hotels by the airport,.

The only good thing about this place is I was staying on points and didn't have to pay for it. It is a dump. Not once, not twice, but three times did someone use the keycard and try to enter my room. The only thing that stopped it was the chain door guard. Each time someone yelled through the door and said sorry, they didn't know it was occupied. Lots of people loitering around the hotel doing God knows what. The place was not clean and not well maintained. The TV was glued in place and couldn't be made to rotate and face the bed. The 'free' hot breakfast was totally disgusting. We too one bite then decided to just go eat at the airport. It was that bad. This place should have its Marriott ticket pulled. Total dump. There are lots of hotels near the airport. My advice is to find a different one.

The 2 bedrooms gave us room & breakfast was good. I especially liked the walnuts and raisins on the side of the oatmeal. Breakfast staff were dilligent in keeping food hot & fresh. Phillip at the desk is a hoot & very nice. Thank you Phillip. Everyone there was nice.

This hotel is very dirty. I stayed in the building opposite the office. From the moment I entered the building I could smell dampness and a musky odor. The carpets were filthy throughout. My room had water leaking from the AC vent. The staff changed my room to another floor which was slightly better, but also dirty. The pillows smelled, the floor had rice around the sofa which even on my 2nd day was still there, clearly no vacuuming during room service. Also the noise level was very high - I could hear my neighbor’s conversations. Bottom-line, a filthy and noisy hotel.....i do not recommend it at all!!

This place was ok. We walked in the room and I saw a couple small bugs (ants/flies not cockroach) scury under the oven. We were only staying there one night so I didn't bother switching rooms. The rooms could use updating, the bathroom seemed worn out in spots. There also always seemed to be people hanging out in the parking lot, which seemed odd to me.

The location is very good - there are a lot of fast food stores, casual restaurants, and a Publix. Also it is close enough to the airport. The hotel is definitely showing signs of wear and tear but it is spacious enough and comfortable. Front desk was very pleasant. However, the noise seemed to be a bit of an issue for me. Rooms are not sound-proof and if you have a noisy neighbor like I did, it is not going to be quiet. When I walked through a hallway to the elevator, i heard music, loud conversation, baby crying, kids screaming, etc, coming from the rooms on both sides. In my own room, with the noise coming from the connecting adjacent room and my stove top making some very loud noise in the kitchenette, it felt like I was in a college dorm or something rather in a hotel....

...but not perfect. Had stayed here in 2012 and was satisfied. For lack of other experiences I chose to come again. I found prices still reasonable and accommodation adequate. Alfredo cheerfully checked us in, nice guy, welcoming - thumbs up! Cleaning staff is not doing their job very well. We found trash under the sleeper sofa, a broken hairdryer which I left marked with a note on the table was not replaced. On a separate return a few days later, we had forgotten trash and used towels hanging from the bathroom door, both from the previous guest... CLEAN is something else... I expected better. Rooms facing the pool area are subject to noise from other guests who just don't know how to behave and be considerate. Someone even came back at 1 a.m. letting children run in the hallways, popping confetti party poppers, leaving a mess in the hallway and elevators... People have no manners anymore... But that's not the hotel's fault, just, this is the clientele you deal with here... Their coffee is good, breakfast choices and times very limited, breakfast area way too small.

This place is a moldy, smelly mess!!! Don't be fooled by the outside. There are two buildings that face each other. The one where the office is has been undergoing renovation so some of the rooms are ok while others are still bad. We arrived early following a cruise and were assured of receiving two of the renovated rooms. We were told that they would be ready after we did some site seeing around Miami. When we returned we were told that we could have one of the new rooms but that all of the others were taken. The manager on duty allowed me to look at two other rooms. Both were smelly and moldy. One even had a dehumidifier and fan running to dry it out. When I went back to the desk he told me that he knew that the hotel was disgusting -his words. He made some phone calls and the general manager, who we spoke to earlier, said that we could take the room or leave it. She refused to get us a room in another nearby Marriott. I had to call Marriott directly and they took care of us on their end and found us a room nearby. Don't sleep here if you value your health.

We booked five rooms for a business trip and stayed for two nights. I could tell just pulling up to the place that this "hotel" was not a place for me. I would have turned around and left if I wasn't with a group. If you are looking for a low class hotel then this might be your place to stay. The rooms and hallways stink of some type of air freshener. The rooms and common areas were barely clean and my room was terrible. I rather sleep in a car then stay at this hotel again. The best part of my stay was leaving
