Mostly good

We had a great time and the place is great and very comfortable. The property management company was responsive and resolved issues when they arose. The elevators where the worst I have ever seen in my life. We wound up walking up 22 flights in order to get to the room in a reasonable amount of time. You routinely needed to wait 20 minutes for it to arrive and often times when it did arrive it would be packed with people who were willing to pack inside in an attempt to avoid waiting any longer. The advertised beach club and free chair and umbrella is inaccurate. When you get there they explain that they only have limited free chairs and they conveniently reached their quota so now you need to pay $40 for your free chair. This happened each day as I guess we were unlucky to arrive after the quota no matter how early we arrived. Overall the place was nice comfortable and we enjoyed our time on vacation. The inconveniences were not catosrophic.
