The worst room conditions

Very bad conditions of the room, rotten and moldy courtains, pillows like rocks, torn mattress, door of the bathroom in bad conditions and no hand towels or floor mat for the bathroom because they ran out of them. People knocking the door in the nigth and very noisy.

My room on the 4th gloor had a horn-like sound coming from somewhere in the hotel. It definitely was not outside, I checked. Didn't hear it in the 1st floor restaurant nor the lobby. It came on and off constantly all day and night. It was horrible.

Staff were helpful and friendly. Close to public transportation and convenient. Basic and a bit dated. There was construction going on while we were there so it was a bit inconvenient, sound proofing in the room is non-existent.

Las sabanas de las camas, almohadas si les faltan un poco mas de limpieza o renovacion, ya que algunas estas limpias pero tienen manchas. Otra area de oportunidad seria agregar enchufes electricos cerca de las camas, como en la cabecera o buros. Otra area de oportunidad seria tambien el baño, ya que la tasa esta muy pegada hacia la puerta de la regadera lo que hace un poco dificil acomodarse/sentarse en la tasa.
