The staff is very helpful and will let you check in early if your room is ready. The hotel is located in the Juarez neighborhood of Mexico City right off of the main street Reforma. The hotel is clean and quiet and is within walking distance of many major attractions.

Very old hotel that used a floor AC unit to help cool the room. Check in was super slow. You receive the TV remote at check in, which we were given the wrong one. Both beds had black stains, looked like eye makeup on the pillow covers and sheets. Very bad experience.

Room is clean and big. Front desk stuffs are friendly. Breakfast is awesome! Location is great. Very pleased stay.

Pesimo personal. En el front desk. Fuimos recibidos muy ma.

If it just had a fitness center this hotel will be perfect. Only thing is that the subway station is a little bit too far.

This hotel is located just 1/2 block from Reforma Avenue. Centrally located to all metrobus (1 block away) and subway transportation (5 blocks away). It is an excelent option for mid budget travelers, doing business or short travels. They have an excellent buffet breakfast included in fee (if you choose it) They have also a nice restaurant with executive lunch menus (Entree, principal plate and dessert for $5 to $6 dollars). Personnel and staff was always open to help you with any request or inquire. Definitely, I will back to it as a complete and easy place to stay.

Didn't know the hotel was situated downtown Mexico City. What a delight!! Went at night to Garibaldi to hear the Mariachis. !!!!!excellent.

This hotel is in a great location central to everything in the city. My family and I enjoyed the friendly staff and the great food. The only recommendation would be to have a cleaner menu and remote control in the room. We noticed that it was full of crust and old food from the previous people that stayed in the room..

The hotel looks nice. We can hear the people on the next room. For the price its a litlle expensive. The location are amazing close to the big avenue reforma.

The location of the hotel is probably the best thing about it. You can walk one block and be at the intersection of Reforma and Insurgentes or take a short cab ride to down town, Chapultepec, or Condesa. Don't expect much in terms of amenities however the staff is very helpful and attentive.

I'm mexican and I know where and how to book hotels but, by mistake, I did a reservation on another day I didn't wanted to stay. So when I arrived to the hotel, the receptionist accepts my reservation. The next day I do the check out and they realized the mistake so they suddenly want to charge the night AGAIN! There was anything they could do to change the reservation date. Plus, next to me there was a group of people having a arguing about a similar problem. The bed was very hard, horrible pillows and the AC was a horrible floor portable machine.

Located at a few steps of one of the most importan avenues, where restaurants, shopping, entertaiment, tourism and historic atractions, etc., can be found. Bell boys and room maids extremely friendly and helpfull

No mini bar, no in room iron/board, no coffee maker. The floors were laminate wood and you could hear everything. The room doors were cheap and the hallways were super loud. The menu and dining options were abysmal. The bathroom faucet was not seeded to the vanity top and moved all the time. The pillows were shockingly lumpy. The staff was super nice,. the location was perfect.

The location might be the best thing this hotel has to offer as it is one block away from Reforma avenue and the upscale Reforma 222 shopping center is a short walking distance as well. Even though the rooms have been updated, there were a couple of things we did not like such as a leak underneath the toilet and the room felt very humid.

Great location. But the hotel is lacking good service and cleanliness.

The staff was very attentive and nice at all times. The breakfast was very good. The hotel entrance is just a few steps from Reforma Avenue. The price is extremely competitive for the area. I would definitely stay here again.

It is a well located hotel, the rooms are nice. The breakfast is good.

Walking distance to Mexico city high ligths: Historical center, museums, restaurants, galeries, parks, etc.

goof price and great location, just one block from Reforma Av
