Only in town for a few days after climbing further south. Very centrally located. Front desk was very helpful, hired a driver to the airport for us and ALL of our climbing gear. Lots to do just out the front door, large shopping mall just next door was great. Turibus stop just outside the door too. Hope to go back with the wife next trip.

My wife and i made a reservation and stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Reforma, Mexico City for one night Thursday April 13th. We discovered several hairs in our bed as well as stains on the fitted sheet. We called the front desk and they came to the room, stripped the fitted sheet and simply laid a top sheet directly on the mattress. It barely covered and we would be in direct contact with the mattress. We told the person that came to the room this was unacceptable but were told this was the only available solution. If it wasn't 1am we would have left immediately and found another room. When we checked out on Friday I spoke with the manager Marco and he assured me someone would email me that night to resolve the issue. I have still not heard from anyone. When we asked for our car from valet (that we were charged for) they told us the couldn't bring the car to the front and we were forced to drag our luggage around the block and down the street while we waited at the entrance to the parking garage for our vehicle. We pay for valet so our vehicle can be brought to us not the other way around. DO NOT STAY HERE!

This is a good option for shot trip. It is placed close to Reforma 222 mail with some good restaurants and stores. Close to this hotel there are many others atractions that could be explored. There are a good foods option for breakfast and dinners.

The location it's perfect as it is right next to a mall with several restaurants plus plenty more around the area. The staff was great and the rooms are big and spacious. For a business trip it's the perfect option.

Very neat and clean rooms but the internet access is very bad. During my stay I was trying to work on my computer, but the internet access came down for about two hours. Also, every 2 hrs I had to re-login into the Hotel's network in order to stay online with my phone and laptop

The great point is location, walk distance from several restaurants and shops in reasonable safety area. The issues are the same for years, air conditioner noise and weak, shower goes to hot cold every minute.

Holiday inn is a sleep and go hotel, but this one has a nice atmosphere, somehow is peacefull.. you'll like it. I got a room with Reforma Ave window, nice view. staff friendly and quick to solve any issue. Love it. No es un hotel para pasar el dia ahi, asi que duermes y te sales por que la diversion esta afuera. en el corazon de Reforma muy sencillo y simple, con un toque de minimalismo.. muy buena opcion

The location is good since you have a shopping center with various restaurants and shops. room is spacious and bed is ok. This is the second time I stay here and I had the same problems. 1) hair on the shower floor and stuck to shower walls, 2) poor breakfast, 3) front desk staff not very friendly 4) You cannot control your own rooms temperature at night. The hotel has one central AC unit and they set it up as a heater at nights. The rooms temperature stays at 24-25 degrees celcius al night.. for me thats unconfortable. I had to ask for a fan. I dont think im coming back

The reason why I'm giving it a four start instead of a five is because we let them know we were coming early in the morning and he had to wait around for a while before given our rooms and they gave us rooms on different floors with single bed... other then that the place was great!!

While this property has an enviable location in Paseo de la Reforma, close to many attractions and restaurants, the condition of the room and hallways leave much to be desired. Stains on the carpets; poorly patched holes in upholstery of furniture; ancient furniture, etc. I have stayed at this property many times over the past few years, but this was likely my last time. Very disappointed.
