Shower turning hot and cold intermittently. During my stay may American Express card was cloned I'm not saying this is Hotels fault but very bad luck. The worst part was that my Wife took a taxi from the hotel and lived a terrifying story. Was a SUV and at the middle of the ride she heard a sound in the back of the truck (taxi) the cover of the trunk unfolded an a person was at the trunk!!! she almost fainted. Apparently was the daughter of the chofer but may wife was so terrified that ask the driver to stop and she got out of the car.

We visited Mexico for a week and stay at this very nice hotel. Omar and Dante were excellent. They made sure we had a nice room, helped us with directions to different places, and getting around the city. They were very polite. I would recommend this hotel anytime.

Nice hotel near the nice restaurante Chapultepec forest near ti the best museums Al the staff was friendly Nice place yo visit

The Huatulco Beach Hotel is very nice, but if I new I would have to catch a cab everytime I wanted to swim at the beach I would not have picked this hotel. it is too dangerous to swim there, lots of rip currents ect, nobody swims at this beach.the restaurants were very good.this Hotel caters to young local partiers that stay up till 3-4am yelling, slamming doors, ect without any regard for others.if you want to get a good nights rest do not book rooms next to the cantina bar club as it tends to get very loud at night.

My first night was interrupted by loud party, my remainder nights were excellent with my amazing upgrade and hospitality .. Gracias!

The hotel is wonderful! The staff is cordial, polite and caring... room service is great. The room and bathroom were very clean and had a nice smell when we walked in.

Friendly staff. Great service. Very attentive Breakfast brunch is awesome.

Third floor room, park view. Street noise was more than I expected, noise from adjoining rooms- I had to listen to the TV next door till 3am- was way too easily heard. Must be thin walls. House staff was great. Got my shirt pressed and back to me in 20 minutes..awesome.

Really enjoyed our stay. Hotel was super clean and modern, staff was attentive and eager to share information on popular as well as off-the-beaten path locations. Hotel is within walking distance of Chapultepec Castle, museums, and excellent traditional, inexpensive restaurants. Über was the perfect way to get around. Would definitely stay here again.

the hotel was too small no activities for the people that stay there the gym is too smalland if you want to use the sauna you have to pay more money separate it's all about money no music in the lobby no activities very small drinking bar

If you are lucky you can get some of the best views of the park and Chapultepec Castle from this hotel. I paid extra for the park view, yet at first I was assigned a room with no view; then I was offered a room at the first floor that faced towards the park (not exactly what you expect whe you pay extra). Then I finally got a 4th floor room with a very nice view. Restaurant is a little bit odd in its shape and how dark it is. Yet overall is a nice hotel. I would still recommend it.

Old Hotel, but reconditioned. Rooms are decent size and nicely furnished. The A/C wasn't functioning well, and the minimum temperature we were able to reach was only 21 degrees Celsius (about 70 Farenheit) Coffee maker in the room, but housekeeping didn't leave coffee and when I asked for it, they only had decaf. The staff was great, they didn't charge me for the coffe when I picked it up at the restaurant, their attentiveness made up for the issues we found.

Great location, wonderful views of the park. Easy to navigate around the city. Your money goes far at this hotel.

This is a relaxing hotel in a good location. Good but limited restaurant offering (just one) but there are many close by and room service is fine...

On the edge of Polanco and a great deal. The hotel was clean and in great shape. You are very close to all of the great restaurants and shopping in Polanco. What's not to like?

It is a great location hotel and the rooms are quite big compared to others of equal category. Staff is very friendly. Rooms and bath are very clean.

The hotel is nice, wonderful view, staff are also very kind..We would like to go again. :-)

Location was great,, I could walk to our new Mexico headquarters.

Overall the stay was good but the staff need more work to get professional and improve English language skill,

The hotel is conveniently located opposite the forest of Chapultepec, Nice all and clean, he would return there without hesitation. Excellent.
