Very modern hi rise. Best bed I have ever had in a hotel. Little too modern for my taste but a good experience. Quiet

I like the hotel . Great location and safe area. I like the lobby . It is gorgeous.

everyrhing in this hotel is very nice, from people to the whole facility.

I like the hotel , it's close to everything , restaurants , stores , and transportation. The only thing negative is that locals are always on strike , and the action is near the hotel.

Very nice hotel and location near restaurants, landmarks, transportation, will definitely recommend to traveler.

Excellent hotel close to all the tourist sites. Very friendly staff. Will definitely stay there again when in Mexico City.

Very relaxing place I love it I will look in to this place and my next visit

The hotel is located in an excellent location, walking distance from many attractions. Friendly staff and good price.

The reforma district is where you want to be in Mexico City and this is right at the start of it. The hotel was incredible. Try to get a view of the reforma. At night it is like looking out at Vegas. The wifi is powerful, the restaurants are great. I felt like I got a St. Regis experience, at a quarter of the price. I will be staying here again when I return

everything was fine but why did no one care that there was no wifi???

This was our first experience in Mexico where the trip wasn't all about margaritas and the beach. The trip was sparked by a class my wife took and a book on Cortes conquering the Aztecs that I had read. We came to see the archeological area, and see Mayan and Aztec ruins and artifacts. We traveled in mid-November and while we had clouds on 2 days, no rain. the weather was mid to low 70's most of the week. Perfect for lots and lots of walking. August thru October is the rainy season here. No need to rent a car, Uber and taxis are always near by and very inexpensive. You would be absolutely crazy to drive here on your own, to many people, bikes and cars, let the experts take you where you need to go. The Krystal Grand Reforma Uno is centrally located as are most major hotel brands. The hotel was busy during part of our stay with fans in town for an NFL Monday Night Football game. The area is very safe for walking. We were on the 19th floor with a great city view. Staff was excellent, as was the buffet. There is also a steakhouse (Sonoran Grill) located in the lobby overlooking the street which is very popular with great steaks and salads. Must sees: The Pyramids, located outside town, which are best seen with a tour or private guide. That is usually a full day trip with lots of walking and climbing so be ready. Also a stop for lunch and a chance to shop. Also the Archeological Museum, located about 2 miles from the hotel, is fantastic and only 65 pesos if you go yourself.

Llegué con reserva hecha en ORBITZ, reservé 2 habitaciones y al llegar solo me habian asignado una por lo que tuve que comprar otra habitacion inmediatamente por lo cual me salio mas costoso.

Good place to stay Vfffhggh ggfgghghhdggdf fbdfggg

I was a little concern at the beginning, because It looks old fashion and dark. But I was surprised that the "old fashion" style match perfectly with kind of modernity and new amenities. I really enjoyed my time there. Stuff extremely nice and polite, property is very clean, business center available all day long, brand new machines at the gym, pilates classes in the morning, good food and impeccable room service.

Updated and remodeled hotel with great and spacious rooms. Good location, close to some museums and Palacio de las Bellas Artes. Hotel also surrounded by restaurants, including fast food.

Our stay at the Krystal grand was awesome, check in was quick, friendly and courteous staff, attendants are always available, fast service is only a call away.. Would definitely stay here again

Very happy, great people, great service, very clean.

We had ver good experience, Hotel staff were curtiuss and was within walking distance to many historic places as well as many good restaurants, it was fun staying there, by the way very good Steakhouse in the Hotel, loved it

We stayed in the hotel for almost a week when they were renovating it, and we got most of the drawbacks of a construction site: noise, dust, welding smell, obstacles in the lobby two or three times, etc. Really unsafe and unhealthy conditions for the guests and employees. Before I booked, I called directly to the hotel to ask about the conditions due to the renovation works and I was told that we could probably have some noise during the day, but not more than that. The service was under the average, there are fees applied to use the spa,.... Very disappointed.
