Poorly run and lack of attitude and understanding.

PROPERTY HAD BEG BUGS AND CAME BACK FROM 2 DAY BUSINESS TRIP FULL OF BITES... UNACCEPTABLE FOR A WELL KNOWN CHAIN!!!!

Comfortable room, friendly staff- kudos to Martin, the bellboy. When we arrived he asked us about the purpose of our trip. He made a note of it and when we returned to the room we had a wine and strawberries dipped in chocolate presentation. Obviously, he had something to do with all that since he is the only one we told about our purpose there. The breakfast was disappointing. We waited forever for our food even though we were one of three tables being served. My wife's eggs benedict were cold and the sauce was not hollandaise. The wait was inconsiderate since our waiter walked by our table at least a dozen times and never said anything. Our meal in Daikoku was extremely disappointing. Our sashimi was slimy and nor prepared properly, sauxe to sweet. We hesitantly chose fried rice and it too was awful. Tasted more like regular rice with pineapple - no asian flavor. We should have known better.

Location was excellent and convinient, short walk to historic places

Comfortable, clean, well located and good service. The Spa, indoor pool, and gym are a plus for me. I also made use of the barber shop. Good choice of restaurants, although the discount with Daikoku should be automatic as a guess of the hotel. I lost the discount card and they couldn't honor the discount. Otherwise a good stay. I will come back.

Excellent Hotel,staff from all levels was always super friendly and helpfull, excellent location..I would definetly stay there again if I go back to CD.MX.

The hotel is in a great location, safe to walk to restaurants at night in the area and can Uber everywhere. The level of service at this hotel is impressive. I got dehydrated on my second day at the hotel, my fault for not drinking enough water and Raul (apart of the service team, in the lobby area.) was kind enough to go to the pharmacy and get me electrolyte drinks. Raul went above and beyond to help me get hydrated and the drink he got me worked right away. He is a very sweet guy, he even remembered my name the next day and asked me how I was doing. Aside from my shenanigans, the hotel is beautiful and the room is spacious especially the bathroom and the breakfast is good. I will definitely be returning here. Also, thank you to Diana in the reception area for being so kind to my aunt and I and Ena (Guest Service) for being so kind as well.

We loved the property. The location is wonderf. We had breakfast included and it was amazing. The happy hour was a great extra. We will definitely recommend this property for vacationers or business people.

I loved this hotel. Great location. Plenty of staff at the entrance and the check in. Pool was great. Room was comfortable. Here are the issues that made me give a 4 star review instead of 5: 1. The room was not fully stocked. For example, there was only one bath towel and there were no tissues. They made a big deal about being eco friendly and minimizing waste, but it was borderline inconvenient. 2. The staff did not know the difference between a queen bed and a double bed. I requested a king bed but was informed that all they had were rooms with 2 doubles. I told them that wouldn’t work and I would need at least a queen, to which they responded that it was two queens. They were not queens, just doubles. 3. There were some minor items that needed repair in my room including baseboard, caulk, and paint. Overall, these were very minor and I would stay there again without hesitation. But these are the difference between 4 and 5 stars, in my opinion.
