The hotel was clean but it was incredibly nosy. There was noise every night originating from the street below or the atrium inside. Additionally, the elevators were VERY slow. It took forever to wait for an available elevator. Furthermore, the breakfast was just OK. Service was bad as waiter was running around like crazy getting people drinks. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone in the future.

Barcelo Reforma comfortble stay

Stood there for two nights prior to returning to the states. Always a great place to stay. Very comfortable and in a convenient location close to Centro Historico. Enjoyed a great steak on premise at Sonora Grill.

I really enjoyed my stay at Barceló México Reforma. The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and in a great location for exploring Mexico City. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the breakfast was excellent — definitely worth it! The only issue was the construction next door. There’s some demolition going on, and the noise during the day, especially near the spa, could be pretty loud. Other than that, everything was great. The staff was helpful and professional, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. I’d definitely stay here again once the construction wraps up.

We loved our stay at this hotel! The staff was super courteous and attentive. The hotel itself was great, we never used the pool or other facilities but our room was great. The area where it’s located was within walking distance of yummy eating spots and a Starbucks and bank. We used the car service that is located at the hotel and the drivers were super knowledgeable and friendly. The breakfast buffet was also great, the service there was wonderful. We tried the Japanese spot in the hotel but did not like it so much. We had ordered room service twice and it was also yummy! We really can’t complain we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Beds were super comfy as were pillow! Shower pressure was good.
