Definitely will be back to Barceló. Beautiful hotel in the best part of the city. Conveniently located on Paseo de La Reforma. Transportation is just a few steps away from the hotel and many places are within walking distance such Zocalo, Palacio de Bellas Artes, La Casa de Los Azulejos, Torre Latinoamericana, Calle Juárez and more!

Buena ubicación y servicio, aunque con algunos detalles El Hotel Barceló en CDMX tiene una excelente ubicación, ideal para moverse por el centro histórico y otras zonas clave de la ciudad. Las habitaciones son cómodas, limpias y bien equipadas. El personal fue amable y atento durante toda la estadía. El desayuno buffet es variado y de buena calidad. También se agradece la piscina y el gimnasio, aunque podrían mejorar en mantenimiento. Como punto a mejorar, el check-in fue un poco lento y en ciertos momentos se percibió falta de coordinación en el lobby. Sin embargo, en general, la experiencia fue positiva y volvería a hospedarme.

I don't normally leave reviews, but this hotel really wowed me. From the time I checked in to check out, everything was great. The room was spacious and clean, with a terrific bathroom and a view to Avenida Reforma. I enjoyed meals at both restaurants and there is a Starbucks in the lobby. If I were to come back to CDMX, I'd definitely stay here.

We needed towels because we were 4 people and they always only left 2. We called and they didn't take them. There was glue from some label on the floor, it looked dirty and they didn't clean it.

The hotel is beautiful. The inner construction reminded my friend of a cruise ship. The view from our room window was beautiful. The beds were comfortable. The staff were always more than happy to assist us. I was blown away by the property. Jiovani, the mixologist, is a wizard with spirits. He made my friend a believer in mezcal again. His drinks were absolutely delicious and perfectly balanced. The only thing I would change about my room would be the shower. I’m not sure if the water pressure wasn’t strong enough or if it was the actual shower head, but I had to stand right under it for the water; it didn’t shoot out at all. Besides that, my stay was a ten out of ten.
