The staff here are friendly and welcoming. All the amenities were great, the gym was well maintained and quiet. We stayed for 5 days and our room was cleaned everyday except for one day when we were feeling sluggish and didn't leave the room but they still called our room to see if we needed fresh towels, soaps or toilet paper.

The hotel was beautiful and lovely it had excellent amenities the bathroom was exceptional some of the furniture was a little dated and I found that the bonuses and perks felt inconsistent and not clearly explained that was my only inconvenience in the hotel was that none of the hotels.com amenities were clear.

Amazing hotel! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The breakfast was absolutely incredible (from 6:30 to noon) —so many options, all fresh and delicious. The staff was outstanding, always attentive and making sure we had everything we needed. Even though it’s buffet-style, they go above and beyond by bringing anything you ask for directly to your table. A special highlight was the fresh bar—the huevos rancheros were the best I’ve ever had! The hotel itself is beautiful, spotless, and very well maintained. Everywhere you look, it feels modern, comfortable, and welcoming. The restaurants on-site are excellent, and having a Starbucks and shops right inside the hotel was a wonderful convenience. The location is also fantastic—within walking distance (about 25 minutes) to the Zócalo and the Ángel, making it easy to explore the city. The spa area is also very nice, clean and you can order food from there. What really sets this place apart, though, is the outstanding service. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making our stay perfect. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the city—you’ll love it!

Beautiful room with a exceptional view

The location is perfect. It is a walking distance to the zocalo, revolution monument, etc. It is centrally located with many restaurants nearby. My room's view was spectacular. My room was cleaned everyday. Housekeeping did a wonderful job by leaving toiletries and water every day.

Don't Stay Here.

I will preface this by saying that I have worked in the hospitality sector and have a degree in hospitality management. The building is outdated. The furniture is outdated. It reminded me of an 'old school' Embassy Suites. The common areas have furniture that does not reflect that of an inviting hotel. Management was rude and did not attempt to alleviate any issues. I thought it was hilarious that they could not understand why I left a day early. Hello, this property is horrible! On top of that, there were many times front of the house managers were literally staring into space and not assisting other guests-weird. They did not have many channels on the televisions. Nor did they have streaming apps or the ability for a guest to buy a movie. I was able to enjoy the "Executive Lounge." I enjoyed the service. However, the food in the small buffet was never quite at the appropriate temperature. Food safety is a must for me, especially at a buffet. Housekeeping made my room spotless. I tipped them, as they have the most difficult job in the entire hotel. They were so sweet and kind. The so-called "concierge" didn't behave like one at all. She was always going to get coffee or with another manager. Even tipping did not persuade her to treat me kindly. This property is way in over its head. Who is running the show? To me, the bellmen and housekeepers were the ones keeping the hotel "alive." By the way, is it your policy to be rude to Mexican Americans who SPEAK Spanish
