Fantastic hotel and service, well located near Reforma and Chapultepec Park. We particularly enjoyed our spacious room, as well as access to the business lounge and the included breakfast. One thing I didn't appreciate, however, was the extremely acrid and chemical smell that we would experience on the 11th floor on a few days, which we then smelled on our own floor as well a few days later. The smell was putrid, intoxicating and made us nauseous. Truly, if it wasn't for this terrible, noxious smell this would be a 5 star rating. I don't think there's any excuse for such an unhealthy smell in a hotel.
