Central location, great staff, good food in the hotel restaurant! Would definitely stay here again!!!!

Hotel is located close to the center of the city. For the business purpose, it's a nice place to stay surrounded by the business center and shopping malls. Room cleanliness, comfort and friendly staff were commendable.

Quite good, staff is friendly and hotel has a good location.

The location is very good as it is centrally located. Rooms were very clean and comfortable, but the best feature is their staff. They are friendly willing to help and always a smile on theit face.

i loved it! it is so closed to everywhere i had a great time in this hotel

the location was really nice. close to everywhere. 5mins walking distance to the subway station.

Room was an adjoined siute. Could hear every word from the people in the adjacent suite. Asked front desk if I could change room. They said ok and they would send someone up to move luggage. No one showed up for 1/2 hour so went down to front desk to get key for new room. Told at that time that the person I had talked to earlier was mistaken and the hotel did not have any other rooms.

Great hotel, wonderful and helpful staff, very clean rooms and a great place to stay while visiting Mexico City.

Was down there on business. Very comfortable room, bedding and sheets were cozy and luxurious and the room was tastefully decorated. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I will stay there again on my next trip to MX.

GREAT HOTEL, GOOD LOCATION, THE ROOM WAS CONFORTABLE. MY DAUGTHER WAS SO HAPPY THERE.

The hotel was excellent. We had access to the executive lounge on the 16th floor. Great views, very relaxing. It was awesome! Full breakfast and dinner every day, saved us a ton of money and the food was excellent. Would highly recommend you spend the extra money for the executive lounge, well worth it!

Beautiful hotel with all the ammenities!! The staff was extremely friendly and were there if we needed anything.

Great location, close to restaurants, places of interest and it was safe (really important). Great service. It has two restaurants and both are really good. Rooms are good size and clean. Amazing service. I loved it!! For sure I will go back!!

Great location and service. The hotel staff is very service oriented. Restaurants and food choices were great.

Got to the hotel at 1AM and the front door was locked. Three minute later we were at the front desk and the manager informed me that ORBITZ had not paid for my room yet and that they needed to put a $900 hold on my credit card. Made it to the room and the beds were very small. Woke up sweating at 4am (AC was not working on my room). The security safe and phone were not working either. Give me a break!
