The A/C wasn`t working. I got two different rooms on the same night and the same problem. I went through hell trying to get a good sleeping night (having an overnight layover in Mexico City didn`t help at all). I don`t know if it has to do with the recent earthquake but if that`s the case they shouldn`t be assigning those rooms in the first place. When I got switched to the second room, they sent a bell boy to literally "guide" me to the new room. Me and my roommate that night were carrying 5 pieces of luggage and he didn`t bother to ask if we needed help. Needless to say it was hard to move them around (despite the 4 independent wheels on each piece) because of the carpet which was being repaired and was full of cut-out 1 ft squares.

Conveniently located hotel for a late flight into MEX and then an early morning flight the next day. Very comfortable hotel.

Hotel located at T2 Mexico city airport. Easy walk to terminal, various restaurants and store(at airport). Proffessional staff, great breakfast options and prices. Room are espacious and clean.

It was nice to stay so close to the airport especially when we had such a quick lay over. The staff was really nice and the room was cozy.

The hotel is inside terminal 2 so you just walk to it. Great, comfortable, clean rooms, great breakfast buffet. And you can walk to any restaurants and shops within the terminal as well. Perfect.

Landed late to make an early morning domestic connection. This hotel's location right inside of the domestic flights terminal made for a smooth and stress-free morning.

They used to have coffeemachine inside room, a robe, and slippers. And now that is not offered but YET, the price is the same. In this case stay at any other hotel, it would be the same thing. Only benefit is that's it's inside the Airport.

Perfect location for an early flight. Hotel is ok and a bit $$, but location is everything.

When I walked in the first thing I noticed was the floor. It was a cheap laminated floor that was coming apart. The panels were so loose that when you walked on it the pieces would shift causing large gaps on the floor. No hot water!

This hotel was clean, and very convenient. The beds were comfortable and the staff was very friendly. However, we had three people in our room. We asked repeatedly for a cot and extra towels. We were told over and over again that those things would be coming in a few minutes and they NEVER came. WE had to share our towels and our third person had to sleep on the little 'sofa' in the room. This was very disappointing. If the staff didn't plan to provide us with these items they should have been forthcoming and just told us that.

We needed a place to stay for 1 night, arriving late into Mexico city. The hotel was what I expected, WiFi was a bit slow but functional. Only issue was getting to the hotel. We got the very last shuttle from the Airport to the hotel and they had already gone out of service when we came out of customs. The staff was accommodating, prompt and courteous. Plan to stay there again this coming January

I love that there is a hotel in this airport! The only problem was it was very hard to find how to get to it from a lack of signage. Once I found it, I was surprised how wonderful the interior was. The hotel looks new, the room I had was a bit of a walk, but I'm not going to complain, I was happy it was an actual room to sleep in versus inside the open terminal. The room looks like it had all new amenities, the bathrooms were really nice, and the bed was comfy. Wifi seemed to work out well for me. I settled in, and decided against seeing Mexico City, instead I went to the lounge and had a few drinks wi other visitors from around the world. That's always fun! I order food (which was really), and the next morning checked out and flew back home. Great hotel, especially if you are in a layover situation!

Good service and excellent quality of the food. The bad note was of I can not get hot water very early on the morning! The pillow was too thick.

It was so convenient. To have a room inside our airport was great. Def will recommend this treat to all my friends traveling.

Had a nice experience at the hotel, though I was expecting a bigger pool. I really wanted to swim but it did't happened, too small and not enticing. The food was good, can't complaint about that! Our room was very clean. I honestly was expecting an spectacular view...but i would stay here again. Its convenient...take the elevator to T2 and to its food court ...

If you just need a place to sleep for a night and have an early flight in the morning right out of Terminal 2. This is the hotel for you. Nice modern rooms. They say it's a two queen size beds but they are more like XL Full Size Beds. Def not queen size beds. This is my second time staying here. Only reason why I stay here is for the convenience.

I have stayed at many hotels in Mexico city and this is Definitely the best. Very nice staff made you welcome. I have stayed at this hotel on more than one occasion and really is the best hotel at the airport. Would Highly recommend
