Cleanliness, great staff, awesome gym. Close to fine dining

If you travel for business, it is a nice place to stay. But if you are Tourists, you should find some hotels closed to the tourist attractions area.

The pool as closed for maintenance and we where never told until we tried to go swimming. They blame orbitz, stating that orbitz should have noted that on the reservation. We were unable to get into or room for a total of 2 hours the locks would not work. The manager was extremely rude and gave us a free continental breakfast, incredibly insulting for a 4 star hotel. We will not return ever!

Loved every minute of it. Will definitely come back ans stay here.

great location...friendly staff would stay there again

There’s lots of hidden fees so pay upfront if you can.

godd hotel and staff, great location in mexico city

One of the best Hyatts I have stayed. They made the city experience better. Great location in awesome polanco neighbour hood. Great food in the inhouse latin restaurant

Excellent Hotel. Good location, Friendly staff. Very secure Convenient

Great hotel in fabulous location, the gym is very impressive for hotel gym. The breakfast buffet is great. The staff are polite and helpful for the most part

Great service Great position . Staff very accommodating to all our needs !

They charge for business center use; the internet at business center is 10 MXN for 15 and $5 MXN for copies. Front desk charged in pesos and did not tell me before.

The room was clean and nicely appointed. Housekeeping did an excellent job each day. We had Regency Club aces, which was really nice for a quick breakfast before heading out in the morning and for afternoon drinks when we returned after a long day of sight seeing. The fitness center and pool were very nice as well.
