Overall was a great hotel, the pool water is warm, air conditioning, rooms were clean, the stay was pleasant the staff was friendly. I would recommend it and God permits me to go again to Mexico City, I will stay there.

Nice hotel clean room very good service from the staff easy check in

This hotel has a very particular way of handling your credit/debit card guarantee ; they ask for a guarantee larger than your expected bill and promise not to call it and make you pay the exact amount at checkout, but shortly after swiping the card they call the full amount of the guarantee and than reimburse you the difference in pesos at checkout time, so that you end up with thousands of pesos just as you head to the airport. The restaurant staff was unresponsive when pointed out that the butter was rancid (melted inside the packaging and smelling/tasting rancid). This hotel has definitively seen better times. Rooms facing La Reforma are very noisy.

We couldn't have been more pleased. A quintessential upscale Mexican hotel with a relaxed and very friendly atmosphere plus great breakfast buffet and reasonable rates.

Really old, smells old and my room didnt even had towels!

What a shame how frontdesk staff treats guests. Following a miserable unrest, trying to sleep at +80F, we complained with the frontdesk staff. Were told that the WHOLE property -a 23-floor building-, had only one HVAC system, thus ALL the rooms were at the same temperature (pure lies). Were promised a "fan" to improve the air circulation. We did get it... A DAY LATER! Will never stay at this property again. Out of 4 elevators, only one was working whenever we required it (figure out at 8AM, when guests from all floors wanted to leave the property). The only positive: Housekeeping and concierge staff. They were great.

Nice location, very convenient considering the many places/areas you might want to go to for business or as a tourist. Rate didnt include breakfast. Wifi is average in a good day (so bad if you need a good/reliable connection). Room was OK but AC was very old unit. Carpet floors... an issue for people with allergies like myself - even if clean still a problem.

Very nice hotel. Good area. Great staff. Comfortable rooms. Excellent value.

Nice place, romos Little old, I listen the shower from the next room, i don´t like that. Amenities, Silence and Food very good. Thanks.

Great business hotel with an awesome rooftop pool.

Close to offices, downtown, great restaurants and nightlife. It is old, but very clean.

Nice service and we have good momment in this hotel , nice pool

Hotel met expectations and basic needs for my short stay.

centrally located in Mexico City. Very good breakfast and meeting hotel.

They do not work well with certain travel agencies, since they do not accept virtual credit cards for reservations. They did not honour a prepaid reservations and I had to pay with my credit card, at the time of check in. The staff was not helpful at all and I had to call my travel agency at my cost

Sevilla Palace Hotel is an ideal spot to conduct business in a central location in Mexico City. This is a hotel and chain(Gala Hotels) favored by non-US travelers...often a solid choice when traveling abroad. I recommend this hotel for business travelers seeking a good value.
