Hotel ver nice close to down town mani attractions how ever has a wired small in the lobby and halls of the hotel

My family and I (group of 7) recently stayed at the Emporio Hotel and had a wonderful experience. The staff is beyond amazing. The hotel is extremely clean and the rooms are very comfortable. The Buffet was included in our stay and it was delicious and offers a wide variety of delicious dishes. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Mexico city. It is near museums, restaurants and banks which is great. Nothing but great things to say about this hotel.

We loved the accessibility of the restaurant for great buffets and even wine in the evening. Excellent prices.

The location was central for all the locations we wanted to visit. The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. The staff was very helpful. The restaurant in the hotel was very nice and reasonably priced; we ended up eating breakfast there each day.

Very nice hotel and the staff are professional and helpful. Will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Terrific, helpful staff. Good size room, comfortable beds and pillows, excellent breakfast. Staff arranged for a driver to take us everywhere we wanted at an extremely reasonable price.

Great location, convenient to many destinations. Friendly, helpful staff. Nice facilities and decor. Room was a little on the small side, but comfortable.

The hotel was close to many amenities of the city. The room was clean and very comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly and willing to accomodate and answer any questions about tours or just where certain places are. the taxi service was very reasonable, we even had the taxi driver show us some cites near our destination for no charge.the only thing is that the staff did not speak english, you would think that an international location such as this would have some english speaking staff.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Large and comfy rooms. Nice localization. The hotel neighborhood, though safe, is a bit outdated.

From the moment of arrival the staff was most helpful and friendly. They accommodated my every request. The room service and restaurant was most delicious.

Very good location, polite/helpful staff, internet works in room (consistent, fast enough... reliable). Rooms are a bit small but comfortable. Breakfast wasnt included in the rate but is delicious. Great value.

Cute quaint room with great jet tub for relaxing.

Excellent location cannot beat it for the price location again is awesome

I have stayed at the Emporio Reforma 3 times since 2008 and each time I have extremely happy. The rooms are European sized, I have stayed in the double occupancy and the bed is comfortable, the bathroom is a decent size. If you are on the 3rd floor or lower, you probably will not have a view of the street but I stay at hotels to sleep. The service here is second to none. On my last trip my bags did not make it to Mexico City so I had the clothes on my back and nothing else. I asked if they could point me to the nearest pharmacy or 7-11 so I could buy some saline solution? The doorman insisted that he would find it for me and he did. They have FREE WIFI that actually works. The restaurant offers a pretty decent buffet, they have your classic waffles and hotcakes, eggs, juice etc. but they also offer Mexican plates as well. If you are going to get a taxi ask the doorman to get one for you, they have some drivers that work exclusively for the hotel and they will not jack up the prices. The hotel is on la Reforma and is in a great location, it's safe, very well priced, and very safe. Highly recommend.

Hotel was clean, great location. Restaurant was good. And taxi services were very secured.

The only inconvenience I could say are the small rooms however is located near of the most important attractions of the city.

The hotel itself is efficient...not too big, not too small. The room NOISE was very bothersome...mechanical issues, stay out of rm#1004. The front desk staff were VERY helpful. The CAFE staff need customer service training, as they provided anything but... The onsight restaurant/bar was friendly, tasty, quiet and available. I would recommend for it's location.

I have been staying at the Emporio for more than 25 years. It has always been one of my favorite Hotels to stay at in Latin America. Very well situated in DF, close to anything you would want to do or see. The service is excellent, whether you are a repeater like me, or coming for the first time. I highly recommend this hotel

just ok. got to the room and the people who stayed there before must have had flowers because there were pieces of flowers on the carpet just left there and a huge wet area where maybe the room cleaner tried to wash the carpet with water. also there were hairs on the duvet cover on the bed and in the bathtub. There were water bottles in the room but they were not complimentary - you had to buy them all, which is strange in a city where you can get sick from drinking tap water. Also the other hotels I stayed in gave 2 free bottles of water. The room was comfortable overall, except for those things.

We stayed there two times during a two week period. Our first experience was perfect. However, during our second experience we were assigned a room that had a serious smelling problem. The staff was great and changed us to another room, but the feeling was that the facilities had changed, for the worst, duringour first experience to the next, only one week apart. Breakfast was great.
