Emporio Reforma

3.5 out of 5.0

Recent guest reviews

I booked with a good price. I wasn't expecting the best out there, but upon arrival I was impressed. They offered me a transfer from airport to hotel for a small fee. Bellman Service to carry my things. All staff were friendly and accommodating. The restaurant on site had really delicious food. My room was more than I expected. I really wasn’t expecting much for the price but this place has high end service for a good price. Smack on Paseo de la Reforma Boulevard, Center of all the attractions. You can walk to convenience stores, Starbucks and money exchange stores near there. I felt super safe in this neighborhood.

Despite the earthquake of Raboso, Hotel Emporio staff did EVERYTHING in the book to keep us safe and they were so professional and courteous. Highly recommended! Will definitely go back!

Everything about this hotel is great I would stay here again

The hotel staff is very friendly, walking distance to monuments and good restaurants. The room was comfortable and very good size. Service is excellent. Food was tasty.

Very helpful and courteous staff and security that are always present in the lobby. Rooms are small, but very comfortable.

Wonderful, gracious staff at this somewhat rundown, but clean hotel. The room was disappointingly small, but that's almost made up for by the terrific people. Lots of staff here speak English - or at least "un poquito." Great area of the city - close to restaurants, shopping, attractions. The breakfast buffet, open 7:00 am to noon - was included in our room. Had lots of tasty Mexican specialties and an omelette station. Two must haves in the restaurant - for lunch or dinner the roasted tomato soup -.a generous bowl for 55 pesos - about $2.75 USD. And the flan - husband and I shared a piece and it was so rich and silky it was almost like cheesecake. The coffee shop is charming but doesn't open until 7:00 am and 8:00 am on weekends which seems typical of all the coffee shops - including Starbucks - in the area. Fine for a few nights stay - but our double bed room was so small I wouldn't stay longer.

I enjoyed my stay very much. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was perfect, very clean and comfortable. I have no complaints what so ever.

Hotel ver nice close to down town mani attractions how ever has a wired small in the lobby and halls of the hotel

My family and I (group of 7) recently stayed at the Emporio Hotel and had a wonderful experience. The staff is beyond amazing. The hotel is extremely clean and the rooms are very comfortable. The Buffet was included in our stay and it was delicious and offers a wide variety of delicious dishes. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Mexico city. It is near museums, restaurants and banks which is great. Nothing but great things to say about this hotel.

We loved the accessibility of the restaurant for great buffets and even wine in the evening. Excellent prices.

The location was central for all the locations we wanted to visit. The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. The staff was very helpful. The restaurant in the hotel was very nice and reasonably priced; we ended up eating breakfast there each day.

Very nice hotel and the staff are professional and helpful. Will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Terrific, helpful staff. Good size room, comfortable beds and pillows, excellent breakfast. Staff arranged for a driver to take us everywhere we wanted at an extremely reasonable price.

Great location, convenient to many destinations. Friendly, helpful staff. Nice facilities and decor. Room was a little on the small side, but comfortable.

The hotel was close to many amenities of the city. The room was clean and very comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly and willing to accomodate and answer any questions about tours or just where certain places are. the taxi service was very reasonable, we even had the taxi driver show us some cites near our destination for no charge.the only thing is that the staff did not speak english, you would think that an international location such as this would have some english speaking staff.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Large and comfy rooms. Nice localization. The hotel neighborhood, though safe, is a bit outdated.

From the moment of arrival the staff was most helpful and friendly. They accommodated my every request. The room service and restaurant was most delicious.

Very good location, polite/helpful staff, internet works in room (consistent, fast enough... reliable). Rooms are a bit small but comfortable. Breakfast wasnt included in the rate but is delicious. Great value.

Cute quaint room with great jet tub for relaxing.

Excellent location cannot beat it for the price location again is awesome
