Housekeeping missed one day out of six also the Holiday Inn Express was better because it has complimentary breakfast

I have stayed here a number of times and this has been the most disappointing. The toilet was temperamental, the phone was not properly programmed so the direct lines to the various departments did not work; the clock was off by an hour which messed up my day; my room was not cleaned one day (they said the "do not disturb" sign was on the door---it wasn't) and the coffee tasted horrible (however, when you use bottled water it is tolerable); when I asked for attention to the various problems, I would have to call at least twice. They didn't offer any compensation for the neglect. I will stay again though. It is clean and safe and the problems are tolerable. It is also in a good location.

it was nice, but under renovation which means usage of the lobby was limited

Enjoyed our stay. Convenient location. Staff very helpful. Rooms really clean. Only draw back is hotel was being updated during our stay.

All was exceptionally clean. Our room was very nice and best of all so quiet. Air conditioning worked great. They let me check in at 930 am instead of 3 due to some medical issues. Thanks!!

We stayed two nights. The first morning we had breakfast at the hotel. We were not impressed with the size of the portions nor the cost. The next morning we ate at Bob Evans across the street from the hotel. The hotel itself was very nice and clean. The staff was friendly. The hotel was convenient to I 95 and near lots of restaurants and shopping. It was about twenty minutes from the KSC.

WiFi very poor. No exercise equipment as promised.

I would stay at this hotel again but, there was an overwhelming mildew in my room, the wifi seemed weak (I tried several sites and could not get links to work) and the remote to the TV stopped working. Staff offered me to move to another room which I declined since the room was basically very clean and I just accepted the weak wifi; didn't have any major problems with it. The staff bent over backwards to make the stay pleasant. Also, it is close to major shopping and close to the highway.

They have a pillow menu. I think they have thought of everything for your stay. Beds are comfortable. Room was clean and the A/C worked great.

Bathroom in poor state & lighting in room was very poor

Have stayed at this hotel on several occasions for business. The staff is courtesy and accommodating. They are going through a remodel which will add to the experience.

We were shopping for houses and needed a place at the last minute and this was the best price in the area. Good location, room in slight disrepair, tv had issues, NO free breakfast, toilet ran every 5 minutes, housekeeping never showed up to clean the room. Beds were comfy and room was clean but small. Front desk staff great but next time I will find a place with free breakfast. Traveling is expensive and it helps a little.

Hotel is under new ownership and has ordered replacement furniture, but our room was sparsely furnished, pillows were uncomfortable, cleaning staff had to be contacted repeatedly to bring us missing items - soap, washcloths, etc, Logged in to wifi and on our trip home found that I'd been hacked and spams were sent to our email addresses. Think it happened at the hotel, but how to prove?

This hotel is good value and was good location for me. Two areas for improvement are the elevator is old and slow. Would ne nice to have refrigerator in the room, Front desk very helpful handling an personal issue that I had.

I liked the location of the hotel in relation to where I was working. Room was clean, comfortable, and quiet.

I'd definitely stay here again. Very clean and great value for your buck.

We were checked into a dirty room and the front desk told us it wasn't their fault. They only go by what housekeeping tells them. It was a bad start to our experience. When checking out, we were standing at the front desk while three people behind the desk were carrying on what they were doing and didn't even acknowledge we were standing there. We were disappointed in our first stay at this hotel.

We were really looking forward to our stay here as Holiday Inn's never fail! Unfortunately this one did not measure up. From room keys not working half the time, broken floor lamps leaning against the wall , pillows that were uncomfortable and communication mix ups it was not the relaxed stay I was looking forward to. The pool was clean and the towels were plentiful but the chairs and tables were not. The staff at the Resturant was great and breakfast was wonderful. I will be trying the Hampton Inn next time I am in the area.

I have stayed at this hotel twice now and have not been disappointed! Very convenient location. Staff have been fantastic.

This was my first time at this hotel and I will not return. They didn't have any regular rooms with two queen beds so they gave me a handicap room. At first I didn't think it was a big deal, until i got into the room. Although, the bathroom was bigger, I didn't enjoy the shower, it was a removable showerhead and there was no way to shower without holding it in one hand. Housekeeping was horrible, the bathroom floor was sticky and they didn't even clean out the coffee maker from one day to the other.
