The property itself is very beautifull the only thing that was horrible was the staff trying to sell you timeshares. They were extremely persistent to the point that it became super annoying. The only reason why I will never book there again. They need to understand that when someone tells them no, it means NO.
The rooms weren’t properly ventilated. Sheets smelled like mildew. Mattress was horrible and sunk down in the middle. The room was horrible

The staff was so nice and helpful & friendly. Front desk to housekeeper to the pool service . The restaurant in the hotel was excellent.

We paid for all inclusive but then they had an extensive list of things that weren’t all inclusive so it made it very consfusing and you had to keep asking if it was part of the all inclusive package to make sure you did not inquire unwanted charges. At each bar they had only one bar tender serving drinks which made the lines extremely long to get a drink!!! During dinner you had to wait over an hour to get your dinner served, with a reservation. However, the staff do go above and beyond for you. These are issues I believe management needs to fix. On a good note…the food/drinks were great and they had great entertainment! It has a really nice beach area, really friendly staff and rooms were clean/nice/spacious.
The restaurants were superior. We had to sign checks for every meal, drink, etc., even though we were all-inclusive. It was annoying to have to wait for a check and sign before we could move onto our next activity.
Love all the choice of restaurants, a deli, small grocery story behind Palmar, everything you need! We will be back every year!
Beautiful place, nice people and staff. Just would not necessarily sign up for a time share presentation next time.
