There weren't enough pool chairs for guests, the pool had several very rude, inattentive workers. The location was good, but the room cooling system was weak. There was often trash around the pool area. Too many pushy salesmen right at the bottom of the stairs, it was annoying.
All inclusive was good, need more variety on the menu
Food options were few and very expensive...and not very good. Hotel staff not very friendly.
You are charged for the internet. The rooms are dated and there was a constant odor of mildew or mold that hits your nose once you walk through the door. You will be bombarded with timeshare offers by everyone in Mexico. Front desk staff is not very knowledgeable about billing when checking out. Maid service is average. All inclusive does not cover everything here.

From the outside, the hotel is nice and is right on the beach. But some of the staff were very rude and didn't pay any attention to you. I sat at the bar when it was not busy and no one served me. But they served another couple right away who came 10 mins after me. The rooms are subpar as the TV was not working when I first arrived. The bathrooms are disgusting. The faucets in the bathroom were leaking the whole time I was there. You have to pay an extra $10 a night per device for wifi. This hotel likes to nickel and dime you for everything so be aware of what you ask for because you may get charged extra.
We checked in at 9:00pm, after leaving our bags in the room went straight for dinner came back and found out we did not have working toilet in the room so I requested different room, night manager was so rude and said he will send some one to fix the toilet. Maintenances guy was in our room till 11:30pm fixing toilet. Next morning talk to a concierge and morning manager regarding this and they gave us ocean view room and apologized and we enjoyed rest of our stay.

For an offseason visit, they stuck me in a room with virtually no view. I could have complained but I passed because my trip was just for 3 nights. There was also an issue with the AC that caused really wet floors that were slippery in the room. Again, I could have requested another room. Staff and facilities were nice.
My experience started by arriving on a shuttle bus to the hotel. The hotel employee immediately grabbing my luggage and insisting on taking my luggage up to my room. I really wanted to take my own luggage up to my room since it had wheels and I wanted to hurry up and take a shower. Since our bags were taken, my friend and I decided to go have a drink while the luggage made it's way to my room. After about an hour and several drinks, we went to our room, but couldn't find our luggage. I was so upset and called the help desk. The hotel employee told us that our luggage was now in the storage area. Nothing got done. There was no issue with communication. I speak English and Spanish fluently. What a complete waste of time. After I told the hotel manager what happened, she said okay and did nothing. The second day, was no better. I put some sodas in our refrigerator and the next day they disappeared. I called the help desk to complain. The hotel employee said let me look into it and then didn't do anything about it. I only stayed two nights and had nothing, but problems.
Hotel room smelled bad and was dirty. Staff wasn't accommodating and crowd was very rowdy.
The resort was beautiful, however the biggest down fall is the very pushy timeshare people. We had one follow us almost off the property as we were on our way to catch the bus to go to our planned activity.When a person tells you NO at least 3 times please back off and let them enjoy their vacation. The room was nice but the bathroom is small and the set up is awkward. Wish they would at least mop the floor each day because you bring in sand from the beach and then it gets in the bed. The bellmen Diego was great, he gave us some advice on cheap transportation into town and getting actives cheap since we didn't want to do the timeshare presentation. Just a fyi, you can't pay with cash at any of the restaurants at the resort, you have to put it on a credit card or put it on your room. I didnt like that because before you know it you have a big room tab and you forget what you did.
For Our aniversary weekend getaway we looked online and cabo came across, since we are from bay area its only a 3 hour flight from SFO.We were hoping the hotel was as nice as it looked in pictures from the internet. When we drove up we were blown away what a beautiful place. Great location. Service. Views. clean. this place has it all. Walking distance to great beach restaurants. And activities. Highly recomend.. Already Planing next trip there with our kids..

Great location and Hotel. Too many promoters arlund trying to do presentations on you. It gets annoying. However, hotel is really nice and relaxing.
My Girlfriend and I went for New Year's Eve getaway. Upon arrival, the staff was very friendly and curtious. Watch out for time share sales men in lobby acting like they are part of the hotel. The New Year's Eve dinner was extra but was a great way to bring in the new year. The Los cabos firework show was the best I have seen. The staff was ready to provide whatever you needed. Be prepared to sign/tip for every drink/meal. This wasn't a big deal for us since we stayed at each meal/pool/beach for long periods of time. I would recommend this resort to others.
The hotel was nice & clean with beach, pool & restaurants as expected. The people at the hotel were not super pushy about trying to get you to the time share talk at the "free" breakfast buffet but they were a little persistent until they finally realized that we weren't interested and wouldn't be attending. The rooms were nice enough & you could walk the beach to town but usually, by the end of the night, we would cab it back ($10). It was overall a great place to stay & I have no complaints about our trip.
We had a wonderful time at this hotel! The pool and beach were wonderful and the staff was so accommodating. It was a bit of a long walk to town with a 2 year old. but luckily there were plenty of taxis and a local bus. I would highly recommend this hotel and we plan on going back again!
Nice hotel good location. Sales team was sooooo pushy! They tried to get me to buy a timeshare and were very rude! Really discouraging. Won't stay here again just for that reason.
This was my first trip with my husband had a wonderful time. Love the hotel.
