We were there for 4 days, 5 nights and did the all inclusive. Excellent food options and food quality. We loved the AMAZING sushi bar! The view of Land's End is spectacular. You can walk from the downtown from the beach which we loved. The staff were great and every night they put on a buffet dinner show which is a fun way to cap off the night and is outdoors so you can still enjoy the weather. We really enjoyed the outdoor pools and hot tubs. Overall, a place we'd love to go back to!

Building a new hotel next to this one, and they worked on it 24 hours a day, except for Sunday when they seemed to quit around 4 PM and then start up again on Monday around 7 AM. This meant that if we were out on our balcony, you could hear building and truck noises at all times of the day. The building 2 that we were in also had a center court that reached all the way up to its 8th floor. Noise from the lobby would then echo up from any level of the hotel, if anyone was ever talking louder than ordinary. A couple nights when some younger people came in playfully yelling to each other, between Midnight and 2 AM, it certainly woke us up, and probably many others. The location of the hotel was nice, and the staff was extremely helpful. The view from the pools was also excellent. Excursions that you could arrange from the hotel were great and reasonably priced.

Todo perfecto, la habitación tenia una vista fenomenal, los restaurantes, no se diga, pero lo principal, el trato humano, los empleados, desde los recepcionistas asta los jardineros, lo máximo. Regresare.

Not the friendliest staff in the beginning but improved towards the end. Signing receipts for every drink when you're all inclusive gets old quick. Overall, not bad

We had a wonderful time at this resort. I went with my 2 kids, the pool and beach are great. The Happy hour afternoons were a bit crowded and crazy at the pool. But other then that it was fun. I would recommend this resort to friends.

Beautiful property, close to everything! Opt for all-inclusive package, especially if you have kids. Rooms are adequate - no bells or whistles - but we weren't in the room much (why would you be?). Downside - the room was very damp due to humidity - became very annoying after the 2nd day. Staff is awesome and super friendly and helpful. Fun pool activities for the family. Alberto Espinoza, waiter at the pool is awesome!! Concierge do try to sell you timeshares but not overly pushy. The beach was swimmable but beware of the drop off!! Suggest you use a blowup floaty - lots of people were doing that! Water was amazing!! We would return.

1st day one member of the staff has offered to sell weed to my son and niece 17 years old. Wifi is not working in the rooms although they keep charging it. Rooms are spacious and kitchen well equipped. When some guests get drunks , strange thinks happen. Swimminpools are quite dirty Food is ok.

Beautiful views of "the arch". Very happy with the all-inclusive package. Lots of options for food & drinks, which were all very good. Multiple pools.

This was hands down best customer service ever. Best staff ever. Food was incredible. The rooms are very nice as well.

I have stayed there for the last 8 years because of the ambiance of the entire resort. The front desk people are very friendly, the dinner shows are great, as is Bella California restaurant. I can't wait to go back next year!

Close to beach, very attentive staff, clean well appointed rooms and great selection of food and drink.

There weren't enough pool chairs for guests, the pool had several very rude, inattentive workers. The location was good, but the room cooling system was weak. There was often trash around the pool area. Too many pushy salesmen right at the bottom of the stairs, it was annoying.

All inclusive was good, need more variety on the menu

Food options were few and very expensive...and not very good. Hotel staff not very friendly.

You are charged for the internet. The rooms are dated and there was a constant odor of mildew or mold that hits your nose once you walk through the door. You will be bombarded with timeshare offers by everyone in Mexico. Front desk staff is not very knowledgeable about billing when checking out. Maid service is average. All inclusive does not cover everything here.

Friendly staff. Clean resort. Pictures on-line are old. The resort is better in person.

From the outside, the hotel is nice and is right on the beach. But some of the staff were very rude and didn't pay any attention to you. I sat at the bar when it was not busy and no one served me. But they served another couple right away who came 10 mins after me. The rooms are subpar as the TV was not working when I first arrived. The bathrooms are disgusting. The faucets in the bathroom were leaking the whole time I was there. You have to pay an extra $10 a night per device for wifi. This hotel likes to nickel and dime you for everything so be aware of what you ask for because you may get charged extra.

We checked in at 9:00pm, after leaving our bags in the room went straight for dinner came back and found out we did not have working toilet in the room so I requested different room, night manager was so rude and said he will send some one to fix the toilet. Maintenances guy was in our room till 11:30pm fixing toilet. Next morning talk to a concierge and morning manager regarding this and they gave us ocean view room and apologized and we enjoyed rest of our stay.

High quality stay on the beach. Comfort and pleasant.

For an offseason visit, they stuck me in a room with virtually no view. I could have complained but I passed because my trip was just for 3 nights. There was also an issue with the AC that caused really wet floors that were slippery in the room. Again, I could have requested another room. Staff and facilities were nice.

Dear Patric, Thank you for your time writing a review about your recent stay with us. Your remarks are very important for us because they represent an important feedback that is going to help us identifying our opportunity areas. About the signing of the receipts in our all inclusive plan, as you might know the resort is not only all inclusive and therefore we require our guests to sign in order to prevent any misuse of the all inclusive plan. Nevertheless we thank you for bringing this to our attention. We truly hope that in the future you would give us the opportunity to welcome you once again and to be able to offer you with the quality and service you expect and deserve. Respectfully,
