Nice property and friendly staff

very happy with the location (driven by car) very safe and quiet, breakfast lady was very kind i forgot her name(blond lady ) very helpful and great service the pool was clean ,warm and nice jacuzzi

I'm so glad we stayed here. Our room had two bedrooms separated by the living room. It was a perfect layout since we were travelling with a cranky 2 yr old. Each room had their own bathroom too. The view from the pool is amazing, especially at night. You get to see the Long Beach Skyline in its prime! The Queen Mary is a really nice walk of about a mile. They have cats that live by the property and have outdoor cat houses and food for them. The breakfast in the morning was very delicious and being one of the few hotels with included breakfast, I wasn't expecting much but it was so tasty! 10/10 will be staying here again!

Not enough parking.

Check is at 4pm but room was not available until 4:30pm.

For the amount of money, we agreed to pay because of the small kitchen (figured to save on eating out). But I had to turn on the hot water myself in the kitchen because it was off for some reason. The hardware was worn and we paid 26 bucks for parking a day!!! That should be included. Disappointed, probably wont stay there again.

The staff was the friendliest hotel staff we have ever seen! Great service was provided. The parking was very convenient. The place was gorgeous and right by the beach, where you could take a walk and just relax. The pool and hot tub were amazing. The sitting area was great. Breakfast was yummy! Overall, 11/10 for this hotel.

Best free breakfast we’ve ever had. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Close to the aquarium, queen Mary and our cruise port.

Very clean, friendly staff, comfortable bed, full kitchen, great view from our room

The Residence Inn Long Beach is located within a 15 minute walk from the Queen Mary or downtown Long Beach. Quiet location with nice views. Parking is limited.

I really enjoyed my stay at this Residence Inn. The location was great, the breakfast was great, the staff was great. The only thing that was less than perfect was noise from two sources. Next to the hotel there is a public boat ramp and large parking lot where some loud partying youngsters parked and blared their car’s stereo systems late into Friday and Saturday night. The hotel is well insulated but the boom boom of the bass was irritating. This would not be a problem if your room is on the front of the building. And the guests in the room directly above mine were making strange noises late at night that sounded like wooden blocks being dropped on a concrete floor. I speculate that they were tossing something into the shower and the sound was carried by the pipes.

The TV did not work and toilet did not flush. Other than that it was ok.

Good morning and thank you for your feedback. Although we do charge parking at our location, I would like to note that the fee is the cheapest amongst hotels in the downtown area.
