Customer service was very excellent l. But this is a roach motel the beds are uncomfortable the microwave worked really good but its definitely dated the parking is really tight. This place is not for people coming from out of town. There were baby roaches in the room on the bottom floor.. we did get a room change but still it did not make it betgee tje eater pressure is horrible too.

I liked the proximity to downtown, and the lower price than surrounding hotels. Area around the motel wasn't the greatest but didnt feel unsafe or anything.

The room is not equipped as advertised on the internet, there was no microwave, not even a coffee station in the lobby, laundry service very poor, towels and sheets had stains. The photos convinced me but the reality was different. It was my first experience. I must emphasize that the receptionists were very friendly.

Pay a little more.

A lot of sketchy traffic, people coming and going from one room. They were being loud, yelling, screaming and smoking marijuana until late into the night. Didn’t feel comfortable. Stayed here before and it wasn’t like this. Next time will spend a little more money to stay in a better hotel.

Honestly I was expecting this place to be super rough, insects, faulty utilities etc. No issue with the room, felt safe walking to the CVS and 7/11 at night. Local transit was great to get to the Shoreline Waterfront venue.

Quick stay.

We stayed for one night but staff was nice. It was kinda sketchy looking at first but I like the room. The only thing that sucked was the bathroom was SO SMALL. We literally just needed a closer place to the airport. I would recommend.
