I like the set up ofbthe rooms lookimg over the pool

Great location and restaurants near by! Also, down the street from the Long Beach airport for my flight.

The Hampton Inn was a great place to stay before our early afternoon flight from Long Beach Airport. The hotel was very clean and close to many restaurant and shopping options. The pool was nice and empty. The airport shuttle on time and the driver was pleasant and professional. We would definitely stay there again.

I always enjoy how clean the hotel rooms are and how they are bedbug free rodent free insect free. Although I did notice this last time that the carpet in the elevators in the main floor exits were extremely dirty I guess they’ve just had that many customers recently. I want to give a special shout out and thank you to Taryn who was so helpful and considerate of my situation. Thanks again Taryn‼️🙌 you were the best representative I have encountered since I’ve started my stays with the Hampton Inn/Suites

Room was immaculate however, leaving a roll of toilet paper with only 1/4th left and no extra roll. In addition, they only had 2 towels in the bathroom. Yes we could've called the front desk to ask for more but why do we have to call for extra when it should already be in the room. They also need to change pillows because there was no life left in the pillows. They may be good for kids but adds no support for an adult

We stayed two nights. To start there were no cups of any kind in the room. I had to round them up myself. The room was clean and nice when we arrived but there was no service for the second day. No amenities replaced, (shampoo, coffee pods, creamer, etc.), wastepaper baskets not emptied, bed not made, etc. Included "breakfast" was paltry; a few tablespoons of "powdered eggs", a wafer thin tasteless sausage, and no choices. We didn't even bother to have the included breakfast on the second morning. It would have been nice to know that parking at the facility was extra and quite pricey, all things considered. Perhaps I missed that when I made the booking through Orbitz. A few bottles of water would also have been nice. On the positive side, the staff was very friendly. The refrigerator, coffee maker, etc. were nice.

I stay at this hotel as often as possible. The rooms are great and the breakfast is fantastic. It is a beautiful property.

This room was overbooked and I couldn’t check in. Had to search for another room

My ground-level room had a lot of ants, which was gross. My towels and pillow cases also looked like they hadn't been changed. The staff was lovely and the hotel itself very nice, but I would not stay here again.

I thought everything was clean professionally done and I enjoyed my stay

We liked everything about our stay friom the time we arrived to the time we left. Friendly staff, clean environment, nice decor, accomodating rooms, good breakfast. Would stay here again. The charge for daily parking was the ionly negative.
