The host was very helpful. Great location for being a tourist in London with easy access to South Kensington Station and Sloane Square Station. Super convenient to get to anywhere on the tube quickly in central London. House was very spacious and while a bit dated, was well appointed. Only minor complaint was the heating and hot water system was not consistent and often too cool.

Wonderful stay in prime location!

We had an incredible stay at the One Chelsea!!! It’s beautifully decorated, spacious, and in a magnificent location. We walked absolutely everywhere!! I’ve stayed in a number of hotels in London and this stay was far and away my favorite! The kids loved it as well! It’s located near a fantastic playground at St Luke’s and all of the best shopping and restaurants that Chelsea and Kensington have to offer! Nick couldn’t have been a kinder or more accommodating host. 10/10 stay, we loved this property and can’t wait to return! Thank you for a wonderful trip!

Dirty place old furniture

When we arrived, place was filled. Stains all over carpet, including some blood stains, cookie crumbs, and food particles in the seats in the kitchen on the counter pubic I made them come back and clean wash the carpets which they did but still it wasn’t clean. The furniture cigarette burns and headboard, beat up stains, etc..

Excellent house for the entire family and great location

House was perfectly equipped and the location was perfect. Walking distance to plenty of restaurants, the underground, and River Thames. Highly recommend and would stay again. Owner is very responsive and helped us tremendously on our arrival and departure as we are from out of country.
