A very different type of hotel. Very comfortable and roomy. We had a great stay and staff were very friendly and helpful. Sitting on deck in the sun was lovely. One small criticism would be when we wanted a night cap at around 11.30pm after a night out. They would only sell a bottle of wine ( around £36 +) or bottles of beer. It was disappointing that we couldn’t get spirits or smaller quantities of wine! Apart from that we would thoroughly recommend The Sunbourn.

Amazing

Our stay at the Sunborn Hotel in London was nothing short of spectacular! From start to finish, everything was perfect. The food was absolutely amazing, and the service was brilliant—every member of staff made us feel truly cared for. We stayed here to celebrate our anniversary, and the hotel went above and beyond to make it unforgettable. Walking into our room, we were surprised with a heart-shaped balloon, a sweet postcard, and delicious chocolates. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made us feel so special. The entire experience is one I will never forget, and I cannot recommend the Sunborn Hotel highly enough. If you want a magical stay in London, this is the place to be!

Overnight London stay

An amazing place to stay, conveniently located to DLR and Elizabeth Line. Helpful and friendly staff and comfortable room. Coffee machine in room and nice sized breakfast room. Table service in bar and excellent outside area at rear of boat if it’s warm enough outside with view of Canart Wharf. Excellent stay and will definitely stay there again.

The Hotel was ok rooms are dated, there was no air conditioning which made the stay uncomfortable. Staff in the bar were great and so was room service. However the only bad thing I would say is at reception there was a white lady dark hair, on the 13th August 2025 who never smiled and always looked down at customers. I think she needs further training or needs to find another job as hospitality isn’t her thing. The lovely big black lady on reception I’m sorry I forget her name was amazing always polite and happy. A real gem for the hotel. The fridge in the room was not cold. But was o lovely stay location was great. Amenities were all close by.
