Disliked: Room comfort

Impossible to shower

The apartment was cute and in an excellent location but it was rather dingy and the ultimate reason I have rated it so poorly is because of the unacceptable water and plumbing situation. The entire time we were there we had to deal with a situation where either the cold water didn’t work so the temperature of the water could induce medical grade burns, making it impossible for us to shower, or the actual shower itself didn’t work. I advised the management company of this from day one and they only attempted to address the issue 5 days into our trip. While we were out they said they would send someone over and when I didn’t want someone to come in while we were out they said they wouldn’t be able to reimburse us for the inconvenience of not being able to shower during our trip because I refused maintenance, which was not the case at all. I have just looked at reviews of this property on other sites and it is clear they have known very well that their unit has plumbing issues.
