We stayed for 5 days at the hotel on our family vacation in London. The hotel is very good located for Heathrow airport, about 1/2 hr. by subway and about 10 min. easy walking from the metro station to the hotel. Westfield shopping center is only 2-3 metro stations from Hammersmith. Breakfast was basic, same things day after day, but good enough for this level of hotel, with hot selections as well. Rooms were adequated enough for a couple and 1 child. Good value.

Staff very friendly, rooms lovely and very clean. Good variety of breakfast items which I know will be expanding very soon. Great access to across London on the tube and buses. Will definitely be staying there again.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Hammersmith for one night on the 3/4 April 2017, the reason for our stay was to attend a concert at the Hammersmith Apollo, which was just around the corner from the hotel, the hotel was great the staff were all really friendly and helpful, the room was spotless the bed was really comfortable, and the buffet breakfast which was included in the price was very nice, all in all a very enjoyable night in London

I slipped in the shower as I stepped into it, it's was as slick as oil. Obviously not cleaned well enough. Everything else in the hotel was fine. I told the reception staff that I'd slipped and fallen getting in the shower and they said nothing so I emailed the manager and received a very week response from a booking person that said sorry you didn't get a shower this morning. I could have broken my neck. Because of this I rate the hotel poor and will avoid it. They should acknowledge when a guest has fallen in the shower because is not been maintained.

Good welcome and room was clean. A little noisy but budget hotel in city centre location!. Breakfast was a little chaotic with usual uninspiring HIE "free" offering. Hammersmith Tube within walking distance - up to the road and left and bus stops close by.

This hotel continues to perform at the highest level. This was my second stay here and I was a guest for 5 days this visit. I arrived around 10 am after a long trans-Atlantic flight. Daniel was able to find me a room for early check in and started my stay off great. Free Wifi is now available throughout the hotel and worked very well. The room had many well placed outlets for charging your devices. The small desk was perfect for working. Everyone I encountered at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was good with a very wide variety of foods to choose. This hotel is a great spot for logistics for visiting London. The Picadilly line goes to Hammersmith direct from LHR with no changes. When visiting downtown, just walk a few blocks to Ravenscourt station and the District Line takes you to all the downtown tourist sights. There are numerous pubs in the area for light food and drinks. There is an Iceland food store across the street that was excellent.

Overnight stay as we were going to the Apollo.. 5 minutes walking distance from the Hammersmith tube and the Apollo. Nice warm welcome from reception. Room spotless and had everything we needed. Breakfast was ok sausage beans and scrambled eggs muesli toast etc . Would stay again if I was going to another event .

Believe this hotel has recently been refurbished, it is therefore clean and new. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, facilities in room ample for a short stay. Perfect location, being a few minutes walk from Hammesmith tube station. I needed flexibility for my stay, as I was booking on a day to day basis. This was not an issue, every single member of staff was helpful, professional and polite. Breakfast is served for all guests, and a small range of hot and cold foods available. Will definitely return, and would recommend to anyone. It's rated 3*, but I would personally rate it higher.

We spent a weekend here with our 1 year old son, and everything was just perfect. It was within minutes walk from tube (piccadilly, district, circle, hammersmith & city lines) and bus stations, with plenty of good restaurants nearby. The hotel itself was new, modern, clean and spacious. Breakfast was excellent with many choices. There was even a microwave available 24/7 for guests to use! Special thanks to hotel staff Monica and Menino, who were smiley, friendly, polite and very helpful. We will definitely stay here again in future!

We stay here often when we go to London. It is very convenient when you drive from the west along the M4. It has secure parking which is reasonably priced if you are staying at the hotel. It is located in the centre of Hammersmith with easy access to a variety of bars and places to eat. It is also easy to get a tube into central London. The rooms are clean and fresh and a reasonable size. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. The is a buffet breakfast included in the price. This has a fairly decent choice of both hot and cold items and you can fill up before a long day sightseeing.
