Don't let its location next to the cement plant concern you. Hotel is pleasant and surroundings quiet and calm. Brilliant breakfast as well.

The hotel is fine but it is to far from the center of London

The only problem was with the cleaning staff. They did a poor job and they could not figure out that three people in the room means three towels, three coffee cups, etc. Most could not speak English.

Had a pleasant stay with my husband and we love the breakfast provided by the hotel. Nevertheless, some negative sides are the brown colour stain was spotted on the blanket and the staff requested me to get the things I requested at the lobby.

Needs a lot of improvement. The facilities are very poor and a lot still needs to be done for the standard of the hotel to meet up with the expected reputation. No closet to hang clothes. Minimal or no supply of essential amenities.

Hotel is kept clean, with good customer service. Limited choice on breakfast unfortunately. Located close to local stores, the tubes and bus stops.

Given the neighborhood this hotel is really impressive. You don't notice you're in an industrial area until you leave.

Hotel was fine, for sleeping, but nothing great, not like other Holiday Inns I have been before. Room was very small for 4 people. Good thing is that breakfast was included. DLR (transportation) is less than 10 min walk and takes you to the very centre of London in 30 mins.

The workers were friendly and helpful. I didn't care for the part town that it was in. Very far from what we came to see...perhaps that's my fault. The rooms weren't that bad. The breakfast buffet was very good.

Hotel price was right, located near the Limehouse tube stop on the DLR (though hotel was hard to find on foot). My room was clean, wireless internet access was good and having a hot breakfast included was a bonus. Staff was moderately friendly and there were good restaurants close by if I didn't want to get back on the tube and go into central London. Considering London hotel prices this was very a good value. One caveat, the beds are smaller than in US and if you are tall this might be a problem. Since I am under average height, it posed no problem for me but my business colleague chose another hotel because he's over 6ft tall.

Check in and out was fine. Continental breakfast was a plus! Pretty clean. No free internet access. Very friendly staff.

Decent, comfortable and convenient to the underground and conference center.

The hotel staff was very friendly. They went out of their way to assist us after Orbitz messed up our reservations. The staff were very considerate and took extra time to help us with directions and accomodations for our travel. The rooms were small but clean.
