Great apartment across the road from check in office street parking available free from 8pm-9am have to pay outsid e of these times. Shop and restaurant/bar across the road and a short walk into centre of town.

We had a second-floor apartment that was amazing—clean, spacious, and quiet. The neighborhood was also great, with a few restaurants within walking distance. we stayed one night as area is close to the airport. This area is ideal for people with cars.

Comfy home away from home

Had what I’d class a 5 star stay on my first leg. Lovely classic building, roomy and nicely design apartment, clean and well appointed. The second leg of my stay (trip to Europe in between!) was not as great. Same building, but flat on topmost floor with heavy suitcases and no lift. Flat was not as well maintained and not as well cleaned before we checked in. E.g toilet was near impossible to flush as button was faulty. Reception was super friendly on both legs, but had not-so-great experience with back office regarding non-communication of earlier office closure. All in all I would recommend staying here. And the location is great!

Price was good, but was less happy once we discovered that both reserved apartments had carpets everywhere (nearly all picture does not show this). 10 minute walk from Hammersmith station which is not bad, but area has less restaurants and services than it once had. Beds were confortable, but the rest of the furniture was outdated and worn out. None of the knifes were good to cut anything and the kitchen was barely furnished enough for four people. With the two bed room setup, airflow to the dining and living room was horrible with temperatures above 25C and had to ask for fans which only one of the two apartments. In summary, the ask questions before renting as a hotel room with modern accomodities might be a better choice than renting this apartment.

Comfort and Convenience

This is my second stay in one of the Lamington Apartments, and I’ll absolutely be booking with them again. The apartment is in a quiet, residential neighborhood with easy access to the Tube (approx 10 min walk) and local bus lines, making it a super convenient base for exploring London. The Lamington Apartments are consistently responsive and helpful. For example, when I let them know the handle on the bedroom window was broken and requested a fan, they had someone there the same day to deliver the fan and fix the window — impressive service! Communication is quick and easy using WhatsApp. We appreciated having access to a washer and drying racks, making longer stays much more comfortable. And the kitchen is a great bonus — perfect for making breakfast or a quick meal after a day out in the city. The apartments have modern decor that is comfortable, clean, and not dated! The beds are comfy, and the bedding and pillows are high-quality. This is especially important on my list of things to look for when making reservations! To top it all off, we were surprised and delighted with a free upgrade to a two-bedroom property — a thoughtful touch that made our stay even better. Highly recommend staying here for both comfort and convenience!

We had the top 2 floors of this building. Although there’s no elevator and 3 flights of stairs, the apartment was nice. The dryer of the washer/dryer unit didn’t work. I would stay here again. Be aware you’re .5 miles away from both tube stations, though

Very nice safe quiet neighborhood

Nicely updated apartment. It had everything we needed for cooking and cleaning up. Comfortable beds and big fluffy bath towels. The only downside was the narrow vintage stairway, it didn't take long to get used to it.
