I liked the location and the room a lot. I did not like that I had to purchase access to wireless internet.

Worse everrrr Nasty is a nice word. I will folow with a complaint and pictures. Stay awayyyy

Second time visit. Small room but really clean.Staff helpful.Great Chelsea location;; nice & warm ; useful tiny kitchen space ;close to tube and supermarket.

basic needs with no frills. Clean and comfortable bed. No air conditioning, but a fan was delivered upon request. TV was limited to 3 channels. Noisy outside from construction and laughter due to windows were open. Close to starbucks and a small grocery store that had anything you need. A five minute walk to the tube in a nice neighborhood.

Great location. Amiable staff. Comfortable and neat.

I arrived around 9am after 28 hours on transit. I didn't expect to be able to check in right away, but most hotels will make an effort to help an early check in. Not this one. I told the woman at the front desk that after such a long time traveling I was too tired and would wait in the lobby for a room to become available. I sat in the lobby until 2:30 (30 minutes after normal check in). A total of almost 5 1/2 hours. I do not understand, if check out is 11am, why it took 3 1/2 hours to get a room ready. I won't even get to the bathroom full of pealing paint that one day was covered up with a patchy dry wall putty job.

Most staff were English challanged and not very familiar with hotel amenities. We asked about what kind of soap to use in dish washer, they said to use the standard dish soap (did not work, and if it weren't for the hard water would have probably been a major mess). We also asked how to use the Washer/Dryer combination (very different from a US Washer & Dryer), no help; if we had not gotten internet access to pull down a manual we would have been lost. Finally, we could not figure out towel service, we go new towels every day the 1st week, and maybe once the 2nd week. The room was quite comfortable and seemed much better (price and amenities) then other options we view within the 1st Tube Circle. Like most non-5 Star hotels in London, no Air Conditioning (it is not normally needed), unfortunately we were there for the 2nd hottest week of the decade (90+ Feranhite/30+ Centigrade). Close to grocery & pharmacy, just 1 block down the street.

Photos showed room with a couch. Room didn't have it. Plus, we were over a 24 hour sports car garage snd they roared off and on all night.

A really central comfortable and clean place....seriously well heated for winter comfort.Well planned mini kitchen .Great value!

Not good. Staff not helpful. Check in and check out pretty confused. I can comeback because of the space but at this time with ZERO expectations.

I love this hotel, but it's not a hotel which the staff will remind you. Close to South Kensington station, and Celsea area.

1. Good, safe location 2. Heater was not working 3. You have to pay for internet 4. Grocery store is just next door

This hotel was very small and extremely out dated. The bathroom tub was raised above the toilet making it very hard to get in. The hall ways were long and dim. It was nice that they had a washer although we didn't use it. I tried to check in approximately 1hr earlier and I was told no, then my husband tried to check in and he was told it was ok. The 2 ladies at the front desk were not very friendly. I will never stay there again and I was only there for less than 24hrs.
