⭐️ Misleading Listing – Not as Advertised I stayed at this property for 7 days, and the room was not as advertised at all. The apartment looked completely different from the pictures shown on Expedia. I raised a complaint the same day I checked in after seeing the room because it was not what we booked. The front desk staff explained that there are “around 400 apartments and they don’t all look alike,” which is not a reasonable justification when specific photos are used to advertise a booking. Our reservation was fully prepaid and non-refundable, leaving us with no real options. Because of a very tight travel schedule, we did not have the time to contact Expedia, request a refund, and find alternative accommodations at the last minute. Otherwise, we would not have stayed. We have never had an experience where the accommodation was completely different from the listing photos. This felt misleading and disappointing. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this property.I have videos but unfortunately this review doesn’t give me the option to do it

The staff was friendly. I was worried that it would be loud since I was on first floor right on street, but I was in back and neighborhood was quiet even on weekend. There is a Sainsbury on same block, so groceries are very close, & it's only a ten minute walk to the South Kensington Tube station in one direction and ten-minute walk to the V&A in the other. So many different bus stops close by, too. You can get anywhere from here. The room is small, but it has most things you need, including a washer/dryer and drying rack.

The room was good, had everything I needed. But it could have done with freshening up with a lick of paint. It was quite noisy, being on the second floor and having single glazing so the noise from the street below woke me up. The bed was comfortable and the linen was good quality and spotless. I would stay here again, it did everything I needed.

Room very clean very modern. Staff were brilliant . I use a wheel chair and the main lifts were out of order but staff gave me rear excess key next to there service lift which really helped Only issue i had room was really hot and i had no way adjusting thr temperature in the room which i just had to open the windows but being on 6th floor and having yoing child with me was a worry . The main windows do open all the way they should have a way to stop this as i was worred toleave windows open perhaps a security chain or some style lock

Comfortable, modern, and well thought-out! We had a lovely stay in this clean and stylish apartment. The bedroom was cozy and inviting, with soft linens and a minimalist design that felt both relaxing and upscale. The studio layout was impressively efficient—everything we needed was right at hand, from the compact kitchenette with all the essentials (microwave, kettle, toaster) to the dining area that doubled as a great spot to unwind. The bathroom was spacious shower and elegant marble-style tiles that gave it a spa-like feel. Overall, the space was thoughtfully arranged and perfect for a short city break. A few tiny touches could elevate it even further (perhaps a splash of color and repainting the walls), but we were genuinely pleased and would happily return!

Good management of Chelsea Cloisters overall with friendly staff, except the main elevators in the lobby were closed! Apparently been like that for several months which was a disgrace. There were two other elevators around the back quite a distance and up and down stairs from the lobby. We are in our 80's and with with three suitcases and hand luggage this was not acceptable. Once out of the elevator on the 4th floor we had a walk of .21 of a mile which was again unacceptable. I don't know whether the apartment was owned by a third party and then rented out to you or whoever but there some issues. The furniture was definitely basic and there was no small coffee type table in the living room so one had to put cups and glasse on the floor! After my repeated complaing the lobby staff finally got a small table for us. There was a table lamp but stuck behind the TV---there was nowhere tp put it---wierd! Very small kitchen with room for one person, bathroom and shower were fine and the bedroom was very small, one cupbord only. For the $ we had paid it really was not very acceptable value and we won't be returning. How do I get a refund please? Beryl Edney PS pretty good location for shops etc.
