Room was clean and tidy however a broken light kept the room limited to lamps. Only one tea bag, 1 still water, 1 biscuit and 1 hot chocolate for two people. Fabulous staff on check in. One absolutely rude and horrible lady on the check out. No smile and very snappy. Not what we expected for the price we paid.

Everything very average. Bed was very soft so ask if you like firmer mattress. Spa area was very small. Hard to use jacuzzi as seemed to be full. Very slippery areas in changing room and to walks to pool etc. wear your own flip flops as I slipped and injured my foot. No robes in room which was surprising for a four star and no slippers. Not the best stay for a Crowne plaza… expected more. Need my foot to heal now annoyingly!

Restaurant staff outstanding. But room was cold and smelled of cigarettes. Also the housekeeping staff were very pushy, knocking the door at 08:15 to clean the room and not days literally chased me down the corridor on both mornings of my stay asking if a) I was checking out and b) what time. I did inform reception staff on check out and they said hopefully you will stay with us again and it will be better.
