Bed bug in this apartment!!!

I found a bed bug (!) In the apartment. I still had to sleep there, it was a night mare, I got scratches and I did not sleep a wink. I mailed them about this and have not received any reply. I also told the cleaning company about it. I do not wish my name to be in conjunction with this review.

Skøn beliggenhed 👍 Pænt og rent indvendigt, men vinduerne var møg beskidte udvendigt. Spisebord og stole i køkkenet var tarvelige. Der manglede hyggebelysning i stue/køkken - lys i emhætte fungerede heller ikke! Damen med nøglerne tog foto af vores kreditkort på begge sider? Vi var ikke hurtige nok til at sige fra - måtte ringe til banken og spærre kortet......... Men ellers et dejligt sted😄

Very comfortable and spacious flat in fantastic neighborhood. This is the first time I have seen this type of accommodation on Hotels.com. A goo extension.
