Excellent hotel. Stayed overnight for a Hugh Jackman concert four our wedding anniversary. The staff were excellent and the accomodation was everything you would expect from a 5 star hotel with a fantastic view over the river and Canary Wharf. Only blackspot was trying to get served at the bar took an age, it was very busy and could do with a couplke of extra bar staff thats just a minor quibble though. Special thanks to Gabrielle on reception for the personalised card for our anniversary, an unexpected and lovely touch.
My gripe with IHC is if the air conditioning in the room is not working don’t book out your rooms but if you desperate to meet your targets and make extra profit for your shareholders then please supply fan in the room. Checked in 1 pm, very hot room put the air conditioner on and went to sleep and woke all sweaty reception and asked them to send a engineer or a replacement fan. Left for dinner around 7 pm after waiting around and no one came. Come back to the room around 1130, air conditioner still not working, no sign of fan. And guess what no answer to the phone and it rang and rang. Have had better sleeps at Premier Inn where at least they answer your phone. Very very disappointed. Not the one to complain or moan but in the morning I told the Guest relations manager to get the air conditioning fixed or supply a fan to room 917 before they have another unhappy customer.
Spa twilight package inc treatment, 2 course meal and glass of Prosecco. Fab time couldn’t fault it - would def do it again. Great hotel and friendly, attentive staff. Nothing was too much trouble and staff went out of their way to make this a very special birthday celebration.
Wow very surprised at the fine dining restaurant. I believe it was called Peninsula amazing food. We had the 3 course tasting menu at £35 worth every penny. Could not fault it. The next went to the Brasserie again very nice food and our waiter Gerston was very attentive.
Reception and room was amazing. Access to the O2 arena could not have been better, a genuine 3 min walk from the hotel lobby through a designated entrance! Room was clean spacious and well resourced. Restaurants for dinner and breakfastwere excellent. The only problem was the inability to use the WIFI. the given log in did nt work. it was reported, and 5 HOURSlater at 22.30, IT called to try to fix the problem.. NOT impressed!

Had a really nice time !! Would recommend it !!
What comfortable beds to relax in after dealing with my vertigo during our trip to see the Hugh Jackman concert. Fabulous bathroom audit was a real treat having a coffee making machine. The later checkout of midday was also great. It would ahve been nice to be warned that the drinks in the bar would be served as doubles!
Great place to stay when you have a show to go to at the O2. Friendly service from everyone, very welcoming, extremely clean, lovely rooms. Hassle free parking. Second time we have stayed and will stay again.
Me and my daughter had a wonderful time, the staff were so friendly and helpful they were very welcoming. The views were lovely and so much to do at the 02 for all the family. Will definitely book again.
Beautiful hotel! Great service from all staff encountered, starting from the chap managing the short queue for check-in, to the guy from housekeeping who came to put away the sofa bed that was not required. Lovely room, including the most comfortable bed and pillows we’ve ever encountered in a hotel room! And a great passageway leading to quick access into the O2 Arena. Perfect!
